We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Joshua was very helpful. We really could not enjoy the place because the elevator was down on the second day when we were moving our stuff in. One of our guest has difficulties climbing stairs. Joshua was able to give our money back for the second day so we can find another place to stay. His place was clean and the bed looks really comfortable. I wish we could have stayed there because it was in prime location near a wonderful beach.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Joshua’s place was perfect! We had a short trip and this was such a great spot near a beautiful beach and restaurants. Very walkable and wish we had more time here. He was also super communicative and I would love to stay here again!

The space was very spacious, and we especially loved the high ceilings—it made the home feel even more open and relaxing. The kitchen was wonderful to use and had everything we needed. The location was also a big plus, with the beach within easy walking distance. Overall, it felt very homey and beautifully maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the directions provided were clear and helpful (we especially appreciated the notes in the unit). The condo was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very well stocked with everything we needed, from plenty of towels to a fully equipped kitchen. It truly felt comfortable and well cared for. The designated parking was a big plus, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. You can tell the host puts a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this host to others!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Joshua’s place was perfect. When we arrived the AC units had not been turned on so it was very warm. I text Joshua, he was very responsive. We left to dinner and came back the entire place was cold. Do not let the 2 units deceive you, we had to turn the AC up because it was that cold. Joshua had wifi available which was great for my work conference. This place can easily accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The condo has a few nearby restaurants and the entire faculty is right across from the beach. Thank you Joshua for the opportunity to stay at your place and we look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We love Kihei and this is our 4th time there. We liked this place the best because it’s on a higher floor, quiet area. Beautiful surroundings and everything is within walking distance. Great view of the ocean from our balcony. It has all the amenities needed (except an umbrella) but we rented one for the week at the concierge by the pool area, which by the way, the attendant there (Mavi) has lots of recommendations and can arrange for/or make reservations for you. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you Josh for sharing your place!

I am honest when I say he is very responsive when I need a quick answer to a question. Very easy to understand and very nice to talk to. Thank you very much . Btw this is my second time that I booked with him. Definitely recommmend.

This spacious condo is just steps from Kam III and has a perfect kitchen for cooking meals and socializing with family and friends. Plus it had all the other amenities we needed for a great stay! This location is so excellent for enjoying Kīhei or easily getting to the beaches of Wailea or Makena. I would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Absolutely beautiful space to stay in. The kitchen is AMAZING!!! Exactly as described … the hula dancers at the pool were so fun to watch and the food choices were crazy good! Will definitely stay here next time we visit Maui 🌴

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Fantastic location with easy walk to the beach and nearby shops. Resort is huge with lots of amenities and surprisingly quiet for the size. We had enough space for our group of 6 indeed. Kitchen is huge! We had the essentials for simple cooking. There were even plenty of beach/pool towels, beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Easy check in with early option was fantastic- we had to relocate from the west side of Maui due to the power outage and this part of the process made it simple and smooth- thank you!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The location was very convenient and central for all the activities we planned. The host was always very responsible, helpful, and informative, especially whenever something needed attention within the condominium. The host was never intrusive and always waited until we were out of the unit to take care of any details, so we were never inconvenienced. Each time we returned, everything had already been resolved. The property is very centrally located near Wailea, close to several excellent resorts and great restaurants. The complex also offers many amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. I truly loved the place and would definitely recommend it.

The location was excellent as a base for going anywhere on the island. The neighborhood was beautiful with really great beaches close by. The resort community had nice amenities and the front desk Staff were super helpful. Overall great and we would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Dishwasher door was broken, and construction activities were all around us outside with materials everywhere. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Location was great! Walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. For the location, would book again. The kitchen had just the basics and with only one pan, it was a bit difficult to cook for 5 people. Not a huge deal though. The beach gear was a plus! And our host was easy to get a hold of if we had any questions.

The location was within walking distance of restaurants, shaved ice, shopping, the beach, etc. We used and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, weight room, pickle ball courts and bbq area. The place was clean and spacious, good ac, and laundry in the unit was a huge plus for us. It provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas for the beach, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, coolers, everything we needed. We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! It was a great place to stay! Super close to the beach and you could go up or down the road to find places to hang and eat! Super nice living as well with a decent amount of room! The only downside I would say is the bedding but that is really it! If you like to have a lot of blankets and layers then make sure to bring your own cause they only have 2 thin layers on the bed! And also make sure to grab supplies like toilet paper and paper towels so you don’t run out during your stay cause they only give you a little for the first day or two! Other than that I would stay here again as it was super fun to vacation here!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Nice place, very clean, which is very important. A couple of the lamps didn’t work so to read at night we just moved some around (we moved them back before leaving of course). I responded to a text once and I got a message back that said that that number want monitored, so I wasn’t really sure how to get a hold of them. We slept in the loft and it was hot, but when the A/C unit was on it was blowing like crazy, very hard to sleep. I own two Airbnb’s so I don’t write these to hurt anyone, no complaints, just a couple of frustrations. Again, very clean, and well located and we definitely tried to take care of it as if it were ours. I would recommend to a friend.

Stayed for one night and then requested a late check out. When I offered to let her check out as late as she wanted for $100, she got upset and then tried to get a full refund from Airbnb for the night she had already stayed. last min late night booking and intentionally choose a no contact entry listing to ensure we wouldn’t have any problems getting in for the night. After booking, received a text from the owner about needing to check in with the office, which is where we found out about the additional fees over $70 dollars. Upon further review, fees were buried toward the bottom of the description. When discussed with the property owner, they were extremely rude and insulting in their text message responses. Should not be listed as a no contact property/entry if contact to enter is required. Feels like where the additional fee was listed toward the bottom of the description is intentional. Other reviews and the owners attitude toward the feedback about the fees further validates that the fees not being clearly listed. overpriced even before the additional fees. Renter beware, doubtful the owner would be helpful or accommodating if other situations were to arise. Still pending review on AirB&B

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! There was a 70 dollar surprise resort fee and the price we paid for the week was quite a lot so seemed extra to have to pay more. With that said, the place was great, close to beaches, pool and hot tub were awesome, a good variety of beach gear and the view from the balcony was stellar. This would not have deterred us from staying here but would have been nice to know so we could have been more prepared. This is owned by a big establishment and so the personal touches are not there like typical airbnb hosts we have had in the past . The cookware is old, no big beach towels just ones you use for a quick dry, the kitchen drawers were empty no extra seasonings or spices, and felt more like a hotel. Also no shampoo or conditioner but they did have hair dryers so a plus! Again not things that would have kept us from staying here but good to know if you stay here that it’s bare bone amenities.

Great kitchen, just missed a cutting board but we made without. Air conditioner was a must and it kept the place cool.

We are glad to have chosen this Maui property. It is close to the beach and Maui favorite stops like shops and coffee. Inside was great for family space. Please move the 70 resort fee requirement to the paragraph description or negotiate that charge with the facility - we happened to never use the resort amenities because we were touring elsewhere. We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! A great stay! We enjoyed this condo very much. The loft gives it a more open feel to it. You get partial ocean views from the lanai. Kitchen has a nice selection of cooking utensils. Hosts were communicative and checkin was easy.

My first stay with VRBO and it was a very positive experience. Check in process was a but complicated as the property was located at a different entrance from the check in office but we figured it out. Its in a very safe and secured neighborhood. The description is true, the beach and park is across the street. It was very clean, beds were comfy, and we appreciated all the extra towels.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Nice duplex in a quiet and secure location. Well located, 5 minutes from the beach with only one street to cross. Kitchen with a lot of space and everything you need to cook. Not far from stores and some shops but a bit of driving to go to the main other places to visit.

Amazing guest! we are happy and all expectations met.. its just it took time to look for the building because the front desk lady did not tell us that we will enter to the other gate... we kept driving from the premise to the other farther buildings.. even our guest took a hard time too... maybe just put some notes that they will enter another gate..

Amazing guest! Secured this spot nearly last minute after canceling another. Very glad with the decision because of the cleanliness of the place. Accommodated 8 adults very comfortably. The beach gear was a nice addition.
