Had a great time with all the activities available at the house. Used the court a lot. If you have a big group, this is a great place in a great location. Plenty of space, and plenty of ways to have fun at the house.

This was such a beautiful property! There was so much to do at the house that we only left once to go into town! Highly recommend and would definitely visit again! Michael was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions I had. Nice place and nice people!

We had an awesome weekend! Kids ranged from 2-16 and stayed busy the whole time! Simulated golf, pickleball and movie theater room were a huge hit!!

Great amenities. We had fun. But WiFi was patchy. Some issues with golf simulator which Michael was able to help eventually. Balcony and porch can use some cleaning of cobwebs.

Large, clean house filled with amenities that our family of 5 took advantage of each evening. This home served a good base for us to visit Biltmore, Asheville and surrounding area. Beds comfortable and ac worked well. No major issue just a coupleSmall things easily correctable but not enough to lower our rating: pool table a bit worn, weight machine didn’t work, need a few more large bath towels. Hosts were very open to our suggestions and very communicative /responsive and willing to come out and take care of things immediately. All in all a great stay and would recommend for travelers to this area.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The home was spacious, well equipped, and had excellent amenities—the golf simulator was an especially big hit with our children! The location was terrific, convenient to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore, grocery stores, and restaurants. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions before, during, and after our stay. Unfortunately, the A/C serving four of the six bedrooms failed during our visit. The hosts responded immediately and had an HVAC technician there that same day. The unit needed replacement, which couldn’t reasonably be completed during our stay. While the affected bedrooms were quite warm at night, we appreciated how promptly the hosts addressed the issue and that they offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, a great property in an excellent location with wonderful amenities and very responsive hosts. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Great spot. Perfect for a bachelor party!

We were five families in total, with a bunch of kids, and we had an amazing time. Michael has put a lot of thought into setting up the home, and there is something for every age group to enjoy. Restaurants and grocery stores are just a 15-minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking to rent near Asheville and need space to accommodate a big family.

Great place to stay for our golf trip this year. Really fun setup.

If you’re looking at this spot do yourself a favor and book it! Our group had an awesome time staying here. Everyone was impressed with all the fun we could have at the house. We really enjoyed the golf sim and poker table. Communication with the host was fantastic and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The driveway has ample room for parking, there were plenty of towels and pillows and the kitchen had an impressive array of cooking utensils (plus a grill!). This was one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in and would recommend it to anyone hosting a larger group.

We had such a great stay for my husband's 40th birthday! The house was a great space for us and we had plenty of things to keep us occupied (especially the kids). The theater was our favorite room of the house and was used the most - we also really LOVED the vibe of the basement and the game room amenities. Overall an amazing stay and all of us had such a great time!! Thank you all for hosting us!!

Perfect getaway for our annual three family Spring Break vacation! There was more than enough space for every family to have their own room for kids and adults separately. And there’s so much to do that we NEVER heard anyone say they were bored! Our kids ( 6 & 8 ) gave the vacation a 20/10!

Great place, lots of room, great location lots of things to do in the house

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very pleasant to work with, the house’s amenities were accurately listed and described, there was truly so much to do, we rarely even had to leave the house! We spent hours playing basketball, billiards and ping pong, relaxing in the theater room, using the golf simulator, and enjoying serene meals on the deck outside of the kitchen. The sleeping situation was very accommodating to our large group. The house was spacious and clean upon arrival. Communication and flexibility was great with the hosts. I would love to come back here again and we are very pleased with the memories we made this past weekend.

This would be a fabulous home for a Bachelor group as they would never leave with all the fun options. It is a very roomy home with lots of space to spread out. Our group loved the massage chairs, gym, firepit and Karaoke stage. There is much more that we didn't even use like the movie room, video games, pool table, pickleball court, hot tub, putt-putt green.We were a group of women that planned to cook several meals at the home so were frustrated that there is only one fridge, which is not very large and the dining area doesn't have seating for everyone. When I rent a home that states capacity up to 20 then I would expect dining seating for that many as well. Also the beds are not correctly listed as many were Full instead of Queens and when renting a home for 20 women, we don't mind sharing a bed if Queen or bigger but a full is not great for 2 adults. Also weren't aware some of the twins were trundles which aren't as comfortable. One of the smaller rooms was supposed to sleep 6 people next to another room with multiple beds yet there is only one bathroom downstairs for all of these people. The master bedroom is huge and could easily have multiple queens in it. Again, very large home for everyone to spread out but in our case we all like to be together so like seating options for a large group like multiple sectional sofa would be great instead of lots of smaller seats and sofas. The home was clean and in nice location.

We enjoyed 2 weeks in this beautiful home. Our family of 16 (ages 3 to 70) were there for Christmas & New Year. The house was very clean. We loved how large the house is…so many nice areas to spread out in. The owner even brought a Christmas tree for us to enjoy while we were there. We were close to grocery stores & restaurants which was nice. We enjoyed a full day at the Biltmore Estate, & were happy it was an easy drive from the house. The only complaints we had were that several of the recliners in the theater room either did not recline, or we couldn’t get them back to upright position after we got them to recline. One of the video games did not work, but we all enjoyed the several other games available. The hot tub was great, & we enjoyed using the outdoor grill many times. We wished there was a larger table where all of us could sit & eat meals together. All drinking glasses & dishes were glass…fine for adults, but not great for children. Great game table.We enjoyed our stay!

The location is great…scenery is fabulous and the house has a perfect t floor plan for lots of guests to have space, fun and quiet.

We had a lovely stay at this house in November 2025. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. Our kids really enjoyed the basketball court, pickle ball, game room, and movie theater. Location was very convenient to town and local attractions. We were a group of 10 and the house accommodated us very well.

Our family of 12 had an absolutely amazing stay at this Asheville property! The home was even better than advertised—spacious, spotless, and packed with amenities that made our trip unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably without ever feeling crowded. We especially loved having two full-size kitchens, which made cooking for a large group so easy. The amenities were next level: • On-site gym with Peloton equipment (a huge bonus for us!) • Sauna for winding down in the evenings • Poker table and fire pit for family fun • Basketball court that kept the kids (and adults!) entertained • Great WiFi throughout the entire home—no issues even with multiple devices streaming The host was responsive, thoughtful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. If you’re traveling with a large group or family and want comfort, luxury, and entertainment all in one place, this is the perfect home.

It was really awesome place, adults, youth and children liked it a lot. Plenty of place and many activities inside the house. Host is amazing, they are quick to respond and were very helpful. We had large 16 plus group and they loved it. I will highly recommend this place.

Excellent. Everything as described. This house has everything for the family to enjoy. All the gear to go with any sport, putting, basketball, pickleball, etc. Would definitely stay again. Very good experience!

The host was extremely responsive before and during. No issues, just questions. The house is designed for fun, both indoors and outdoors. The pickleball court and the theater were used a lot! Good proximity to Asheville attractions. It’s on the southern side so you won’t encounter issues still lingering g after Hurricane Helene.

This was truly an awesome house! Came up with hear for the long weekend with a couple friends and had the best time in a house with endless activities. The hosts were very communicative and I’d highly recommend any of their properties.

House was great! My son loved the downstairs and basketball court. I couldn’t stay long because I had a family emergency but they were so nice and good people, I’d use them anytime

This is a great house, and communication from Michael and Jill was excellent throughout. That said, a few small issues added up and made the stay good rather than great. Overall, it’s a wonderful place, but at this price point, the smaller details matter - and that’s the main reason for a 4-star review.

Great stay!

The home was excellent and all the activities were great for our family getaway! The hosts were attentive and helpful upon check-in. The only issue we ran into was the grill was not in good working order when we tried to cook a meal on it. There were no standard cleaning materials available and since we stayed over a weekend no one could come and service the grill until after our checkout on Sunday. Everything else about the house was exceptional, so felt this was out of place given every other aspect of the home is so well taken care of.

Family Fun Compound! Our family had an amazing time at this property. With two fully equipped kitchens and more than six bedrooms , it comfortably accommodated our family. Everything you need is right on-site—no reason to leave! From the poker table and sauna to the massage chairs and private basketball court, the amenities were top-notch. TVs in every room and a strong WiFi connection made it easy for everyone to relax and stay entertained. The home was spotless and well-maintained, and it’s conveniently located for grocery and food delivery. We will definitely be visiting again!

Great location great stay

The house was amazing. There were so many things to keep us entertained from the basketball/pickleball court to the game room to the movie room. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. This was a perfect house for a fun get together with friends.

Beautiful home! We really enjoyed our four night stay in this beautiful home! Our family (8 adults and three babies) were there celebrating my 60th birthday - we truly had an amazing time! The location was incredible- a very short drive to downtown Asheville and three grocery stores less than 10 minutes away. But, we spent a lot of time in the house because there was so much to do. The house has a putt putt course, fire pit, pickleball court, media room with a massive screen and 10 luxurious seats, a game room with shuffle board, pool table, pinball machines, etc…and a gym. Though we didn’t use it, the house also has a hot tub. There were plenty of bedrooms and living areas as well as two kitchens. I could go on and on! My biggest concern when renting a house is the cleanliness, and this house was spotless. Definitely a five star experience!

This is the second time we have used this Airbnb for a retreat. It is perfect! My group loved the little details - like blankets in the movie room.

Michael and Jill’s place was amazing to stay at. They’ve thought of most everything and there’s hours of fun to be had inside the house itself. Private and scenic. Tons of sleeping space. Our group of friends had a blast.

The house was perfect for our stay! We had 9 guests ranging in age from 13 to 81 and we all enjoyed the house. The location was a convenient and easy drive to downtown Asheville. We had a few issues that were quickly resolved by the host. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns. I highly recommend the house and location!

“Great Stay at a nice mansion in the woods!” Would be my only review if the hosts haven’t shown themselves to be Nazi’s. Upon our first night one of the breakers was tripped, so we reached out to the hosts for the code for their breaker box. Their code was a very famous Nazi dog whistle: 1488. 1488 is a combination of two popular white supremacist numeric symbols. The first is 14, which is shorthand for the "14 Words" slogan: "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children." The second is 88, which stands for "Heil Hitler" (H being the 8th letter of the alphabet). This kind of hate that is right out in the open doesn’t shock me anymore, but these losers must be called out in public if they are going to flaunt it. If you don’t like Nazi’s, don’t rent this house. This really turned our weekend getaway in to a stark reminder that the most disgusting humans on earth are still here and we just paid them. White Supremists should be scared to be this bold

Add to it, the hosts were responsive and quick to answer any questions we had from the moment of booking. They were crystal clear and helpful in instructions. Beautiful mountain stay! The game room was amazing and the kids had a ton of fun! All of the wallpaper and gold accents were a vibe!

Our group had a fun time staying at the house. There is plenty of space and, as you can see from the listing, there are activities for just about everyone. However, several things detracted from our stay. The kitchen floor was unusually dirty to where we didn't feel comfortable not wearing shoes. Several of the home theater chairs were broken mechanically and did not open and close properly. When we went to play pool, all four pool queues were missing the tips (completely missing the entire tip) and we spent two days trying to find some locally. The ping pong paddles were falling apart which made playing ping pong impossible. The mini golf greens were full of leaves. I tried blowing if off with a blower I found at the house but it was no use. While there were plenty of towels, the towels provided were unusually small. As an average size male, they were hard to tie around my waist. Etc. While we had a good time, I consider the price for this stay to be a bit high for what we got.

Excellent Property! This home is as listed, and a great property. We came in with 12 adults and had plenty of space and beds for everyone. There is more space and room than appears on pictures. The hot tub is large and fits 8 or so people. The games room is great. The grill is a Traeger grill. The movie theater is massive and screen quality is great. All the rooms are spacious. There are TV's all over the place. There are two kitchens, one on either floor. The home is close (7-10 mins from Biltmore Forest) to town but tucked in a lush creek valley. We had a fantastic time there during our first night. Then the storm rolled in and we were unable to complete our stay. The host has been responsive and collaborative throughout, including as we are working on a refund resolution from our shortened stay, but overall this stay was awesome at a great property.

Fabulous Family Vacation! Best family and friend vacation ever! Tons of fun times with so much to do. We had our own version of family Olympics with pickle ball, pool, video games, ping-pong! Lightning rounds of basketball. Great location close to Asheville and excellent hiking trails. Would definitely stay there again. The house was spotless and provided 5-star amenities. Thanks for the memories!

This mountain mansion escape exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect place for our multigenerational gathering with family that ranged from age 12 to 86! The home was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The entertainment spots were the highlight and we barely left the house. Highlights include the pickleball and basketball court, sauna, and massage chairs. It was a little warm for the hot tub but we still used it! All of the entertainment spots were used more than once. We would go again in a heartbeat! Hosts were so responsive and accommodating. Five star plus!

Awesome house! We had a family reunion with people ranging from ages 6 to 76. This house had something for everybody. The kids Ioved the theater and game room. We had some fun pickleball, basketball, cornhole games on the sport court. The traegar grill was on point. House was very clean and as advertised. Michael, the host, was very communicative and answered all questions. The house is about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville but only 7 minutes from a Whole Foods and Publix. Definitely an “off the grid” feel. Would stay here again.

Great space with lots of amenities. Nice house and on hill - and great surroundings. Great for families. Good communication. Somewhat unflexible with the check in / check out. Had late check in 4 PM (cleaning crew was still there ). However, it required us to be out at normal check out. Prompt fix of anything damaged.

Our group of friends, including old college buddies, had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property exceeded all our expectations, providing a perfect blend of fun, comfort, and relaxation. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor amenities. We spent hours on the pickleball and basketball courts, which were in excellent condition and provided endless entertainment. Whether we were engaged in friendly competitions or just shooting hoops for fun, these facilities added so much to our experience. The house itself was fantastic, with every amenity you could think of. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare group meals and enjoy them together in the spacious dining area. The living spaces were cozy and perfect for our movie nights and late-night chats. Overall the house was a great time and would highly recommend!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Asheville, NC and it was fantastic! The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities one could need, including two fully equipped kitchens, a theatre room, a game room, outdoor basketball/pickle ball court, to name a few. The location was perfect for a great retreat with plenty of room for everyone. Overall, it was an ideal home away from home, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Asheville area. Five stars!

Giant property The property grounds are very well maintained. The house is very large and can accommodate a very large amount of guests. The house was very entertaining for the kids and even the adults enjoyed many of the games that were available. The wild turkeys and other wild life surrounding the property were interesting. Outdoor activities were all very fun with everything you needed to play available. Only a few things that were not stated before staying: the BBQ grill is charcoal and you must bring your own. Same with the fire pit. Some of the slate stones around the fire pit were loose and dangerous(a few people tripped in them). Other than a few minor things in the house it was a great vacation! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Michael and Jill have tailored this house right out of dream! It is filled with several different amenities that can keep you entertained your entire stay. We didn't ever want to leave! The beds are very comfortable and the house was spotless. Communication was clear with fast response times. If you are contemplating whether or not to stay here, I recommend doing it. Michael and Jill pay attention to the minor details to ensure a perfect stay. This place greatly surpassed my expectations!

Golf trip/bachelor party Our stay was phenomenal. The house was clean and plenty of amenities to never get bored or need anything. The house was secluded so it was very peaceful. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay and not feel cramped or uncomfortable. The Asheville area was right there with plenty to venture out and do as well. Would 100% stay here again.

Great spot.

House was very spacious. We really enjoyed all the amenities the home offered. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub, playing games and watching movies. We had planned a hiking day, but got rained out and had no regrets about spending the day around the house. The boys even played basketball in the rain.

The house had everything advertised and was even better than the pictures. Perfect place for a group gathering. Was clean, private, and LOTS to do. It’s on the higher end for pricing, but is worth it.

Winter Break in Asheville We are a group of 6 adults and 6 teens between 17-19yo. This house was perfect for everyone. The teens spent most of their time playing in the game room or theater and the adults took advantage of the pickle ball court everyday. It is close to downtown Asheville so it is an easy drive to do things in the area also. Overall, a great place to take people of all ages!!

The most fun airbnb we have ever stayed at. The games were just what we needed over Christmas break, when so much shuts down - we were able to hunker down as a family and play pool, foos ball and video games, watch movies, and laugh in beautiful digs. Highly recommend!
