About this property

Step into a roaring 20s-inspired 7,000 sq ft mountain mansion just 17 minutes to downtown Asheville and 14 minutes to the Biltmore Estate. With 6 bedrooms for up to 20 guests, enjoy a golf simulator, theater room, speakeasy lounge, full sport court, spa with sauna and massage chairs, hot tub, and multiple game rooms. Designed for unforgettable gatherings, this luxury estate blends vintage glamour with nonstop entertainment for the ultimate Asheville escape.

Welcome to a 7,000 sq ft Roaring 20s mountain mansion where Gatsby-era glamour meets modern-day luxury and nonstop entertainment. Just 17 minutes to downtown Asheville and 14 minutes to the Biltmore Estate, this one-of-a-kind estate was designed for unforgettable gatherings — the kind your group will talk about for years.

From the moment you step inside, you’re transported to another era. Moody lighting, rich textures, and themed touches create an atmosphere that feels both grand and intimate. It’s dramatic. It’s playful. It’s luxurious. And it’s entirely yours.

This home comfortably hosts up to 20 guests across 6 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, milestone birthdays, corporate retreats, or multi-family vacations.

Where the Fun Never Stops - The energy of this home is contagious.

On the main level, friendly competition takes center stage in the newly upgraded game room. Imagine teeing off on the professional-grade golf simulator while others cheer you on. Right beside it, the mini bowling alley is in action, the arcade-style basketball game keeps shots flying, and skeeball competitions bring out everyone’s inner kid. The sound of laughter bouncing through the space says it all. It’s not just a game room — it’s an experience.

Downstairs, the vibe shifts to full-on entertainment mode. The former second kitchen has been completely transformed into a stylish speakeasy and karaoke lounge. The space now glows under disco lights as someone grabs the mic on the karaoke stage. A poker game unfolds at the 10-person table. In the adjacent game room, pool cues crack, arcade machines light up, and shuffleboard rivalries are born.

Then, there’s movie night. Sink into theatre-style reclining seats in front of the 135” projector screen with surround sound. Whether it’s a blockbuster film or the big game, it feels cinematic — immersive and unforgettable.

With 13 smart TVs throughout the property, no one misses a moment.

Designed for Wellness & Recharge:

Between the celebration and competition, this mansion offers true restoration.

Start your morning in the fully equipped temperature-controlled home gym — now expanded with even more equipment. It features a treadmill, Peloton bike, rower, adjustable dumbbells, and a Smith machine rack with weights, plus medicine balls and yoga mats. Roll up the insulated glass garage door and let fresh mountain air flow in as you train.

Afterward, retreat to the private spa space attached to the master bathroom. Two full-body massage chairs and an infrared sauna create a personal wellness sanctuary. It’s the kind of indulgence you don’t expect in a vacation rental — but once you experience it, you’ll never want to vacation without it.

Indoor Comfort, Outdoor Magic

There is now one main kitchen on the main floor, fully equipped and designed for gathering. The former basement kitchen has been removed to create the speakeasy lounge, giving the home an even more unique entertainment experience. The large dining area and fully equipped kitchen are ideal for shared meals and celebrations. The double living room offers cozy seating, a reading nook, and even space for remote work if needed. Outside, the Traeger grill and patio dining set the stage for long evenings filled with food, laughter, and mountain air.

The main floor features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms for privacy and comfort. The primary suite feels like a boutique hotel, with a king bed, spa room, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

Three additional queen bedrooms with private baths make group stays effortless.

Downstairs, two more bedrooms — one king with twin trundle bed, one with double queen beds and twin trundles — provide flexible sleeping arrangements perfect for families or kids.

Step outdoors and the estate truly shines.

Shoot hoops or play pickleball on the full sport court. Challenge the group to a four-hole turf putt putt course on the terrace. Sink into the massive outdoor hot tub beneath string lights, with an electric fireplace and TV setting the perfect mood.

As night falls, gather around the custom-built wood-burning fire pit (BYO wood). Adirondack chairs, crackling flames, s’mores in hand, and stars overhead — this is mountain magic at its best.

The Perfect Asheville Location

You’re just minutes from the charm of downtown Asheville, world-class breweries, wineries, and award-winning restaurants. The iconic Biltmore Estate is only 14 minutes away. Yet when you’re at the mansion, it feels like a private retreat removed from it all.

This isn’t just a place to stay.

It’s a place to celebrate.
To reconnect.
To compete.
To unwind.
To step into another era of luxury and fun.

If you’re looking for a vacation rental in Asheville that truly has it all — entertainment, wellness, space, location, and unforgettable atmosphere — you’ve just found it.

“We had an awesome weekend! Kids ranged from 2-16 and stayed busy the whole time! Simulated golf, pickleball and movie theater room were a huge hit!!”

“Large, clean house filled with amenities that our family of 5 took advantage of each evening. This home served a good base for us to visit Biltmore, Asheville and surrounding area. Beds comfortable and ac worked well. No major issue just a coupleSmall things easily correctable but not enough to lower our rating: pool table a bit worn, weight machine didn’t work, need a few more large bath towels. Hosts were very open to our suggestions and very communicative /responsive and willing to come out and take care of things immediately. All in all a great stay and would recommend for travelers to this area.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The home was spacious, well equipped, and had excellent amenities—the golf simulator was an especially big hit with our children! The location was terrific, convenient to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore, grocery stores, and restaurants. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions before, during, and after our stay. Unfortunately, the A/C serving four of the six bedrooms failed during our visit. The hosts responded immediately and had an HVAC technician there that same day. The unit needed replacement, which couldn’t reasonably be completed during our stay. While the affected bedrooms were quite warm at night, we appreciated how promptly the hosts addressed the issue and that they offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, a great property in an excellent location with wonderful amenities and very responsive hosts. We would certainly consider staying here again.”
