Perfect getaway Wonderful hosts. Fantastic location. Comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay - the house was a little older than we expected but it was comfortable and easy to move around in. The bed in the front room was very comfortable and the kitchen worked well for us.

Very Good As always, Yanos was great, comfortable, perfectly located. It's the 5th time we've rented this house (the 1st when it was still Eastwood) and we've enjoyed watching the house improve over the years. Thank you for many comfortable stays! Unfortunately, it's probably our last stay at Yano's as our family is growing and we will be needing something bigger going forward.

Thanksgiving at the Beach Perfect house for a week at the beach. Close to everything we needed. Dead end street so not much traffic. Had all the items we needed including tv's in each bedroom (huge plus when sports are on in the living room)!

Thanksgiving at the Beach This house was perfect for our base camp while celebrating Thanksgiving with our friends. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Great location on a dead-end street and lots of deer to watch from the front porch in the AM and dusk.

Relaxation The house was very comfortable and nice. The crows nest was awesome to watch the sunrise. The short walk to the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect. Not scorching hot, a little breeze off the water and sunny. I will come back this same time of the year again. Easy access to everything in Hatteras. The food was awesome. I recommend renting a golf cart during your stay.

Great place! Loved the location and the house is nice and has been updated. We were rained in for a full day and the kids loved playing the games. One thing to note is for check out you must have all dishes cleaned and put away, we had never stayed anywhere that it was necessary to put away. It has been in our experience that you start the dishwasher, it's not a deterrent for staying but think management should reconsider this since it delayed our leaving/check out.

Yano's Sea Escape We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. It was the perfect size for our family. We appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog as well! Having everything on one floor was something we have never experienced, and we really appreciated the fact we didn't have so many steps to use daily! The house is well-appointed, about a three-minute walk to the beach. The crow's nest offers wonderful ocean views and we also sat out on the screened porch when it got too hot or too windy. The only negative thing I can point out for future guests to consider is the fact that the bathroom off the main bedroom has a very small corner shower. It is the size of one that would be in an RV. Large individuals may opt to use the hall bath/shower combo to not feel as cramped. My husband is 6', 185 lbs and felt it was too tight a squeeze, so he utilized the hall shower most of the week. Other than that, we would highly recommend Yano's Sea Escape to future guests.

hatteras 2022 My wife and I have been going to the Outer Banks for 25 years, we use to stay with the in-laws who own a house down the street, but for the last 15 years, more renters have allowed pets. Yano's Sea Escape is the first time we did not go ocean front, and we went smaller due to money. This IS the nicest house we been in. A hidden treasure, and the thought process of the owner to think of every small detail is amazing. The home is bigger then it looks, all the amenities you need, clean, modern, beautiful three story deck to watch the ocean to the east, and the sunset to the west. I will definitely return to that particular home.

Incredible stay w/ amazing family time Reality company was very accommodating and amazing. We had one item we needed after checking in. One quick phone call and 30 minutes later they were knocking at the door. House was great and everything worked very well. We were able to enjoy time as a family and just relax w/out any worries whatsoever. Thank you!

Beautiful view from classic Hatteras beach box! Fantastic views for third deck, a very well stocked kitchen with anything you need to prepare a meal! I think the owners have done an excellent job updating this lovely little cottage! Excellent place to bring dogs, and the front porch is great for letting them air dry from a day at the beach!

Yanos Awesome house. We enjoyed our stay. House is well stocked, nice furnishing and easy access to beach. Only thing this house needs are throws on the sofas to cuddle under after a day at the beach.

Fantastic Home near the beach Small cozy home steps away from the beach. Nicely furnished and clean. The three minute walk to the beach was fantastic! Would recommend this home for a small family vacation.
