AWESOME STAY NICOLE HAD THE HOUSE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. PLEAE LET HER KNOW WE APPRECIATE ALL HER WORK. THE NEW MATTRESS'S WERE A GREAT SURPRISE AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. WE BOTH HAVE BACH AND HIP ISSUES AND LAST YEAR HAD TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH. SO PLEASE LET THE OWNERS KNOW HOW MUCH WEAPPRECIATED THE UPDATE. WE LOVE THIS HOUSE. THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR WE CAME WITHOUT OUR SADIE MAE (OUR GSD} SHE LOVED THE PORCH AND DECK . . WATCHING THE DEER

Salty Sea-Gal Our third year in this house and as always, we enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and all the amenities of Hatteras, this house is perfect for a couple of a family.

LOVED THE HOUSE!!! The house was updated and had everything you could possible think of. Short walk to the beach and very pet friendly! Screened in porch was really nice at nights. Perfect little house for a beach week!

Wonderful Home Away From Home This house was wonderful! Great location within walking distance to the beach. Had all we would need in a vacation home--observation deck, screened porch (which was very much appreciated with all of the mosquitos!), rocking chairs, great layout, and a nice deck. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Perfect Home This house was perfect. It was cute and cozy. Kitchen was unbelievable there was nothing that wasnt provided. Owners did excellent job of remodeling. Loved the bead board walls, cabinets, counter top, floors, furnishings everything! Location was perfect only steps from beach. First time Ive ever rented a vacation home that I didnt want to leave!

This House Is Perfect! This house is AMAZING! Literally could not think of one thing that was missing. Ive been coming to the area my entire life and this is possibly the first house where it had anything you could possibly need....even a cocktail shaker!! LOVE. THIS. HOUSE. I hope the owners dont change a thing....this house is perfect!

Very comfortable We have stayed at other rentals and Salty Sea Gal is the best so far! Very comfortable - our granddaughter, 11, said she could live here!

Property was awesome...we loved it! We really liked [the keyless entry]! This is the first time we had this in a vacation rental...very convenient. We didnt have to worry about a key each time we left!! Or turning a key in on our way out to rental office. Property was awesome...we loved it and when we figure out what week we are coming in 2018 we will be looking to rent this property again.

Love this house My husband, Mom and I spent a long weekend at this house. I have to say that I absolutely love this house and truly cannot wait to return. I looked at the availability on the calendar within the first hour of arriving and have all intentions of returning sometime this year for a full week. I have no idea what the house looked like before the renovations, but it looks spectacular now. If I were to own a beach house, I would want it to look exactly like this. I loved the colors used, the furniture, the screened in porch, the back deck with the crows nest (which has a peekaboo ocean view). The proximity to the beach is absolutely perfect. Weve stayed on this street before and love the location. It is quiet and the only thru-traffic is people traveling to and from their homes. I appreciate that the cost to stay here is very affordable and hope that continues. I also appreciate that the home is dog friendly. Unfortunately my dog passed a month before our trip so was unable to make it with us, but I know he would have loved it there. The only thing I would like to recommend is that the home provide a recycling bin. It was very disappointing to us that this was not available because recycling is very important to us. Im willing to bet that we are not the only ones that feel this way. Numerous other homes on the street have these, so I wonder if it's just a matter of getting one from the township?

Loved the House Has been years since vacationing in the Outer Banks. Loved the house, so very beachy and had everything we needed and much, much more. So very close to the beach, just a hop, skip and a jump. Beach was beautiful and so very clean. So very glad that pets were allowed. The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus the dog!!!!

Beautiful home by the sea! We are enjoying every second of our week here. The beach is a short walk away, and everything about this home has exceeded our expectations! The remodel looks fantastic, and the kitchen has everything we need to cook some great meals! (Harbor House has the best shrimp in town!) We love that it's pet friendly and beach friendly! The only thing I wish was here that isn't is a full-length mirror, but that's a minor issue. It has been a really great week! The water has been very warm and clear, and we couldn't have ordered better weather either. If you stay, there is a 19th century shipwreck about 10 yards down the beach to the southwest, right at the tide line, so be careful of that. It was uncovered when we arrived and is mostly covered now. In the words of the park ranger we spoke to, "It's pretty pokey." We set up our umbrellas and chairs to the left of the beach access so we would be sure to avoid any danger, but it is a really cool feature of the neighborhood! We are now huge fans of Hatteras Village and The Salty Sea Gal!
