I had a couple issues when checking in. Resort Realty was super responsive, and resolved the issues quickly. I've been traveling to the OBX area for work and try to stay at properties managed by Resort Realty for each business trip.

Annual Beach Trip Family of 4 with 2 dogs. It was nice that the beds were made when we got there. The linen was provided which makes it easier when packing the car. The house had the AC set perfectly. There was a great outdoor shower. That part of the OBX is quiet and chill with great 4x4 beach access. There were beautiful sunsets and we saw the Milky Way at night!
We enjoyed our stay House was clean, that was a good first. We spent the majority of our time on the beach or fishing on the sound, so not a lot of time IN the house. Was sufficient for our needs and no big complaints. On the other hand, the grass needs to be cut. Was overdue for cutting when we got there and still has not been cut. The house needs a little attention, shrubs cut, etc. to look nicer. But, as far as a place to sleep every night, it was fine.
Excellent!
Excellent This was a wonderful house and we enjoyed our week at this house
Kristi, Clayton, NC This was a great home for my family and our dog to get away for the week. Convenient to the beach. Not easy to find a grocery store or restaurants. But loved the remoteness!
My Second Home This is my second home - PERFECT!
