Vacationing House was nice..big enough for our needs. Right on the beach..kids had fun and enjoyed ghost crab watching....saw,some fireworks. Had a wonderful time.

Amazing Beach Trip We had an awesome beach trip and stay at Summerset. The house is the perfect size for 6 and big enough to host dinner for 10. There’s an easy private beach access where you can leave your sandy beach chairs and umbrellas right at the bottom of the stairs in. I recommend renting a small beach cart to make the trip over the dune even easier. This is our second straight year renting Summerset and I won’t be surprised if we rent again next year.

Cozy Cottage Very comfortable house in a great location! Was also very clean when we arrived -- thank you to the housekeeping staff. Guests should be aware that there is no dishwasher in the otherwise well-equipped kitchen. The half-bath could also use a towel ring near the sink for a hand towel. Otherwise no complaints. We all really liked the fully enclosed outside shower room.

Delightful Oceanfront Cottage. Summerset was a wonderful Oceanfront cottage for my family. Picturesque dunes leading to the sea and the calmness on staying on Haterras Island. The only qualm was that the deck and deck furniture needs serious TLC and updating.

Summerset Old style beach box house. Nothing fancy but close to beach. Quiet street, convenient location. Dog friendly. Only one set of steps to carry your belongings in and out.

Amazing Vacation Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The location to the beach access point was awesome. We enjoyed staying here and loved that our puppies could come with us. They absolutely enjoyed their time away too! The amenities were perfect and we couldn't have asked for better. We would definitely stay here again!

Sommerset The house was great! The only issue we had was during a heavy rain water came in the front door. It would also make it better if there was a dish washer at the house. Other than that we really enjoyed it.
