We really enjoyed our stay at Royal-T! The house was just the right size for our extended family vacation. If you are looking for an OBX get-away, not in the super touristy/commercialized areas, this is the place for you. There are a few stores and things nearby, but it is calm and on a circle street that is very quiet and relaxed, just a short walk from the beach. The living area is very spacious and provided lots of space for us to spread out with 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Everything was extremely clean. The outside shower was an amazing plus. The beds were comfy, the only thing I would say is that the couches leave something to be desired.

The house is in a great location. Close to the beach and a short drive to Buxton or Hatteras.

House has a great layout and private setting with lots of vegetation. The porches are great! Wish we had more time to actually enjoy the house. The location is perfect and located between our favorite beach ramps and restaurants!

Royal T House was clean and well maintained. Great open floor space in kitchen and living room. Two master bedrooms was a plus. Pet friendly! Amazing views, with a touch of water. Lot's of natural light, giving you a feeling of home. Water on the outside, with hose to assist in keeping the sand outside another plus. This rental did not come with paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap or dish towels. (suggest you bring these items, as prices are much higher on the island) We knew going in, the stairs would be an obstacle. It's 35, yes thirty five steps from parking to the living room and kitchen area. The hardest days was the first day we arrived and departure. Other property's in the area have lifts to offset the heavy lifting up and down stairs and this would be a great addition for the owners to consider. Resort Reality made the process of reservation, check in and check out simple.

Very Good Our recent experience with Royal T was great! The house is huge and spacious and I love the privacy around the house and love that it's near to the beach!

Perfect Place to Get Away This was a perfect location for our family to get away for a week. The house had plenty of room for our family and was close enough to the beach so that we could go back and forth easily. The area was quiet and close to anything we needed. The hot tub on the outside porch was a plus!

Home away from home! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! We had 8 total and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach is on the same road and the convenience store is 2 minutes away! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Experience Great experience at all levels. We have been renting Royal T and or Wilder View for over a decade. This was best ever!

Royal - T [Having Keyless Entry] made it very convenient for everyone. We couldn't have asked for anything else! We enjoyed our stay. Loved the house and the beach!
