Very Good Needs new grill one at home was not useable. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was very walkable. The500 yr.old Live oak was amazing.

Fishing trip Great house for a bunch of guys for our bi annual fishing trip. We've stayed here several times now. The only negative thing I would say is there are not enough bigger pots in the kitchen. We all bring dinners and never seem to have a big enough pot to reheat in.

Relaxing Property What a treasure! The home is very well built and has ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms are very roomy. I believe the rooms have just been painted. There are fans and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Our favorite place, though, was the dock! It is a shady retreat to to fish, crab, read or just watch the fish jump! The home is in a very quiet area. If you are looking to really relax on your vacation, this is the place! We will definitely be coming back! s and crab.

Excellent We loved the spaciousness of the house that provided play, rest, and quiet areas for our grown children and young grandchildren. We cooked together in the large kitchen and found every kitchen implement we needed. We loved having breakfast on the dock and watching fish jump and birds swoop. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and meeting neighborhood dogs and families. The beach was fabulous as always, a short drive away and perfect for swimming and swishing our toddlers in the surf. Our whole family loved the house and hope to return next year.

Fishing outer banks House is awesome. Could probably accommodate more people than listed. Blow up mattress in bedroom with pyramid bunks. Twin mattress under king bed in master. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. There is a new owner for the property and they are in the process of updating some things- new decking was the most obvious. Gas grill with propane! The trees on the property are really cool and we enjoyed watching the squirrels scamper about. There is no hot tub. It doesn’t list one in the amenities but the description leads you to believe there might be one-maybe there used to be??? There is a large soaking tub in the master bathroom. Our trip was primarily for fishing. The house is 17 miles from the Hatteras Inlet by boat. It is less than 2 miles from Scotch Bonnet Marina. They charge $10 for putting in and taking out- does not have to be the same day- no gas at this Marina. We filled up with ethanol free gas at “Pure” on route 12 a few miles south. Plenty of room to get a boat in and 50 cents per gallon cheaper than the marinas in Hatteras Village. We had a great stay and look forward to staying again.

Brigands Bay is beautiful. Lovely, nice weather. The house was missing a few essentials in out opinion . But, overall really lovely and we might choose that one again.

Amazingly Perfect!! Immaculate property with the most beautiful canal front dock. There is plenty of room for everyone with amenities to please all. This will most definitely be a yearly vacation and I will highly recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for such an amazing home.
