Beautiful Home The home was clean, plenty of pillows and blankets per room, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have asked for. The rental company was also very attentive to our needs. My only criticism, is the mattresses werent very comfortable. We would highly recommend renting this home!

Excellent A lovely well maintained and comfortable beach home. Our family had a great time.

Very Good The only reason it is not an excellent rating is our heated pool did not work. Resort personnel responded quickly when we called and were very professional. We loved Lee's Landing and already reserved it for 2 stays in 2026.

Lee's Landing vacation We had a great vacation at Lee’s Landing despite the weather the week of September 27 to October 4. We spent a lot of time in the screened porch listening to the ocean! Our family enjoyed the Ocean views from our upper level , the swimming pool, hot tub and pool table. The Roku TVs were do easy to use and all bedrooms have TV. The staff at Resort Realty were very polite, friendly and helpful! The home was clean, could have used a little more attention in the kitchen and dining room though, the stove and dining table were not cleaned. Very happy with Lees Landing, our third time here!

Everything was ready when promised Our grandsons first visit to the Outer Banks. We’ve been visiting for over 30 years

Amazing stay with family Our family enjoyed everything about Lee’s Landing. Amazing view from the top deck. Enjoyed morning coffee, walks on the beach, pool time and the spa. It is a great location too. We care coming back next year to enjoy another year !

Very Well Maintained Beach House There is no down side to this rental. It is well equipped and at a perfect location. The swimming pool, game room on the bottom level, and quick access to the beach helped make it a perfect vacation.

Excellent Sisters week in Lees Landing was wonderful! Everything about the house was beautiful. Well equipped and very clean. Loved every bedroom having private bath. Elevator was very helpful. Pool was heated and maintained. Was a memorable week.

Enjoyed Lee's Landing Good location, great view, had everything we needed. Nice to have oceanfront cause we fished there several days. Elevator comes in very handy getting everything upstairs instead of lugging stuff up the stairs. Able to pull truck under the house. They also provided a hose so I could wash the sand and salt off. Fish cleaning table on side of house. Loved the game room with pool table and another fridge.

2024 Girls Beach Vacation This was the first time in Lee's Landing. We were pleasantly surprised with the house. It had everything we needed for our "senior" ladies including the elevator. It was a beautiful, well maintained and clean home right on the beach. The fact that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom was a great asset. Hope to return on a future trip to the Outer Banks!

Amazing house A beautiful house, with amazing views of the ocean and sunrise. Can’t wait to rent it again ext year!!

Tropical Storm Idalia This house is beautiful!!! Large kitchen and living room area. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the ocean and the pool is immaculate. Only downside as a renter who rented this house with a person in their party with a wheelchair, beach access is not accommodating. BUT I understand because they must protect the house with a dune. All week we called this house location our little honey hole because it was located so close to everything you would need. From a restaurant to a souvenir store, right down to a local bar. GREAT GREAT location.

Great House = Great Vacation This house is a perfect family vacation especially for multi generational families. We have stayed here for 4 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed the space and convenience and amenities of this property and would highly recommend it. The only issue was this year the elevator was not working. This is a problem and I hope it is fixed by next year as we have already pre-reserved for our week!!!!!

Lee's Landing Avon, NC This house was the best house we have stayed in at the OBX. As soon as we walked in it smelt clean and we fell in love with the “homey” feeling this house had. We will be hopefully reserving this home again next year!

Amazing week at the beach! My family and I had a truly amazing week at this property. There is nothing I would change about the house. If you are on the fence, just book it!! Looking forward to coming back!

GREAT CLEANING JOB We have dealt with 3 other rental companies every year the past 10 years. LEES LANDING was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Thank you. I would like to send a tip to the couple that cleaned on October 16. They were a very pleasant couple. And did a fantastic job.

Lee's Landing We really enjoyed staying at Lee’s Landing week of October 2. The home had plenty of room for our family. The elevator was perfect for our daughter and wheelchair access! The swimming pool was awesome, especially since we had it heated,our grandchildren had a good time in the pool.The first floor family room and pool table was also amazing! The upper level with kitchen and living room area was perfect! We do a lot of cooking and loved having views of the ocean while spending time in the kitchen! Our bedrooms were perfect too! Outdoor furniture was great, and had plenty for us to enjoy! Thank you! Would love to stay here again since we need handicap accessibility and this home is beautiful! The access to the beach is not directly in front of the home, however very close, only concern was how to get our daughter out to the beach without a boardwalk or sand path for the beach wheelchair we rented. We were able to manage ,however that included carrying her up many steps to get to beach. We would still do that again as this home provided we we needed and more!

Excellent This is the best house I have ever stayed in at the obx. It has everything a family could want. The lay out of the house is excellent.

Loved it What a great place! Loved everything about it- especially the beautiful sunrises we enjoyed every morning from the deck!

Absolutely Fabulous This house was absolutely awesome. It fit our needs perfectly. We had plenty of space and the beach was close. The pool in the late afternoons only extended our fun. It definitely made the top of our list to want to return.

Very lovely home Great home-very well kept! Would suggest a few more deep cooking pots-but everything else was great. Pool was very nice!

Great home! Large rooms and well decorated. The dune is pretty big and steps over part of it helped!

Will Return! Great new house. First family trip to OBX. Hope to do it again soon!
