Excellent We love this home... It has been perfect for us. We have booked this particular house for many years and have never been disappointed!

Great vacation. We always have a great experience every time we stay here. My family and I love this home. It&#39;s always clean, well maintained. And the owner is very responsive to whatever needs to be addressed. You won&#39;t be disappointed. We already reserved for next year.<br /> Thank you for a great vacation.

Amazing! Our stay was wonderful and we thank you for the great service! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything else was great as well! The only comment we have is that the vents appeared to be very dusty and maybe moldy. We look forward to hopefully working with you again in the future!

Great oceanfront property One of the best oceanfront properties in Avon. Convenient location, excellent amenities, clean and perfect for extended families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this property in the future.

Weathering Heights stay The house was in great shape and very clean. This was a refreshing change after a horrible experience with Surf or Sound last year. Really liked that the lines were included (unlike Surf or Sound). We will be staying with you again.

Excellent We love Weathering Heights. Unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy our week due to hurricane Erin and the mandatory evacuation. We had to leave a day after check in. But we already booked it for next year, The house is clean and it has everything you need. We love staying here.

Excellent We atayed in this house yrs ago. Much to our delight, the new owner has made many upgrades. New siding, new deck, new bathrooms. We love this ocean front house. Equipped with everything you will ever need while on vacation. The upgrade of the full size fridges in basement were a game changer for us. All ice for coolers and all drinks for week were able to be kept on this floor instead of main freezer--which could be used for food instead. The deck is spectacular. Many kids with us and we didnt have to worry at all when they were on deck. The new siding is a plus. Made the house look brand new. We did have a bad storm when visiting which is not unusual for being beach front near the water. The house was hit by lightning one morning. Luckily everyone is fine. Fire dept was there quickly and very efficient in making sure all was clear for us to be able to go back in house. I cannot say enough about Resort Realty and the owner of house. Because of lightning strike we lost AC,Wifi,Hot Tub. Hole in roof. Many electricals that were plugged in, were no longer working. Billy is maintenance mgr.and along with Resort Realty and owner, everything was fixed very quickly. I was truly amazed at the efficiency of all involved- AC, Electrical Co., hot tub&#39;s motor blew but was replaced within a day.Roofers came out within the day. Everything but TV&#39;s and wifi was fixed for remainder of stay. We have stayed many places in the yrs visiting Outer Banks. Resort Realty did there best in making sure everyone was ok and the remainder of our stay was the best it could be. I cannot thank Billy ( Maintenance Mgr.) for being so kind, especially with all the phone calls I made to him. He never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. He just informed me that someone would be there shortly. Which they were!! Again a big shout out to Resort Realy, Billy, Owner of house, AC, Hot Tub Soecialist, Roofers, Electricians. Neighbors next door- who offered there house for showers or anything else we needed. Came out to make sure we were ok.First yr. using Resort Realty--Will definitely be using them again in the future. Would love to thank the owners of the home for making sure everything was fixed so fast and that the remainer of our stay was pleasurable. Thanks again--The O&#39;Connors

Awesome escape Beautiful home with everything thing our group needed. Great ocean view decks and a just a few steps over the dune to the beach. We had a great relaxing week for us all.

Wonderful house with amazing view My family enjoyed the house very much, especially the view. Loved the beach, playing pool, and doing puzzles.

wonderful beach views Great house but lots of stairs! Excellent beach and ocean views. Kitchen very well equipped - only needed a baking sheet and wire whisk. Could also a shaker to blend flour and water. One bad thing was there were no screens on windows so had to use A/C. Some billiard cues were missing tips but they were fixed. There were a couple of broken deck chairs-not sure if they were fixed. I hope a walkway over the dunes is planned for the future; between the stairs and going over the dunes you get a workout! Altogether a great house. Beds were comfy.

Excellent This is a lovely home. 6 spacious bedrooms, great game room. The ocean is footsteps away. The home is decorated nicely and it is very clean.Great ocean view from the decks. We had a wonderful vacation and will be returning next year.

Great Location! Our first stay at this property and it was fantastic. Simple beach access, and fantastic deck views. Only down side was the lack of curtains in each room-the sunrise comes quick!

Excellent The house was fantastic . Location is amazing with being so close to the beach and local stores and restaurants . Plenty of space and rooms were good size . The views from the decks are stunning . Only thing I would suggest is a gas grill . While charcoal grills have great flavor it lacks the ability to cook a lot of food on at one time .Having big party size it&rsquo;s a challenge to cook all the food at one time esp if doing multiple items.

OBX The home was beautiful, spacious and perfect! My kids loved the pool table! My only issue would be there was no toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags. I know with a week stay we would be buying these things but we usually have enough for at least the 1st night. Otherwise everything was perfect.
