Great home with great views This house was perfect for our family. The views of the ocean are great and having morning coffee on the upper deck was a great way to start the day. The pool area was very enjoyable. Kitchen has been recently updated and is very functional with a huge island to gather around. The bedding was very comfortable.

Great Trip We really enjoyed our stay. The house was updated, spacious, and comfortable for our group, and the beds were great. The location was excellent&mdash;just a short, easy walk to the beach. We also loved having access to the pool and hot tub.<br /> <br /> We did experience an issue with the AC, but the management company handled it quickly, which we appreciated given how hot and humid it was.<br /> <br /> Our only complaint is that the kitchen felt under‑equipped for larger groups. We often had to wash forks between meals because there weren&rsquo;t enough, and a larger frying pan would have made cooking&mdash;especially breakfast&mdash;much easier. Overall, the kitchen wasn&rsquo;t as well stocked as other places we&rsquo;ve stayed.

Excellent Beautiful house.

Nautical by Nature Review We enjoyed our stay at Nautical by Nature in Avon. Since it was a brand-new listing with no reviews, we took a chance when booking and were glad we did. The location is great&mdash;just across the road from the beach with easy beach access nearby. The house was clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. The main living area is on the top floor of a three-level home, so there are quite a few stairs and no elevator or dumb waiter, which is worth noting for anyone with mobility concerns. The decks on both sides of the house were a highlight, offering both ocean views and sunsets. The deck furniture&mdash;including chaise lounges by the pool, Adirondack chairs with ottomans, and rockers&mdash;was in great condition and may even have been new. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. There is also nice shaded seating by the pool with Adirondack chairs and a bar area with seating. The only thing that could use attention is replacing some of the pool toys, as several had holes in them. The beds were comfortable, the stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, washer and dryer all worked well. The two-zone air conditioning kept the house cool and comfortable. A fun surprise was the Happy Salmon game, which our family enjoyed playing. Books are available and the tv in the living room was a great place to watch the Carolina Hurricanes beat Montreal. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-kept beach house that we would happily rent again.
