Great house, great value! We had a great stay! The oceanfront deck view couldn’t get any better. The new deck furniture was an added bonus. The house itself was also very nice. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Only recommendation would be for two added dining chairs. House sleeps 10 and we had 10 but only eight dining table chairs. There are counter top chairs but we would prefer to eat as a group. Not huge concern though, house was wonderful! And always love to rent with resort realty.

The house was great and very kid friendly. Very nice being directly on the beach with the access path directly next to the house. When we arrived, there was no hot water but the service number was very helpful and responsive and the technician reached out very quickly to assist. Overall a great experience

Very enjoyable place for the five of us on this trip. Lots of bedrooms, great location oceanfront and with easy beach access. We came during the offseason in March and it was very enjoyable. Outside shower with hot water made it much easier to enjoy the beach and ocean with the cooler temperatures. Hot tub also a real plus for this! Close to grocery store, hardware store for beach supplies as well as bike rental place and a cute coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Caroline — am coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean was amazing! Beach access right next to the property was very convenient — it was like the beach and ocean were in our back yard! Nor’easter starting the night before we checked out was exciting — 🙃 We will definitely be back💫

Awesome location, great house! The house is obviously in a great location, right on the beach! South of the pier is a great spot in Avon because the houses are closer to the water and an easier walk to the beach. As always, not very crowded at the beach and a beautiful beach. The house was in great condition with all the recent updates as well. The house was perfect for 2 families of 5(10 total). We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Beach vacation perfection It was our granddaughter’s first Easter, first vacation, and first time at the beach. It was a week of perfection at Sweet Caroline. The house wonderfully accommodated my husband and me, our 2 daughters and husbands, and 6 month old granddaughter. Beach access couldn’t have been easier. The house was clean and bright, with obvious recent updates. We would definitely stay at Sweet Caroline again.

Beautiful home Home was wonderful, had everything we needed and even things we didn’t. This realty company is by far one of the best!!

Loved It! My group and I absolutely love the rental house. This was the second year we chose to stay in that house, and all future trips to the OBX we will be renting 7675 Sweet Caroline.

We are returing again next year! My family loved this home. We could quickly get to the beach with a toddler in tow. One in our group, who could not get to the beach easily, enjoyed sitting on the deck watching us play in the surf. He loved sitting on a high deck chair to view the beach and ocean. The weather was rainy most days this week, so we were inside the house more than we would typically be. The beach house was comfortable for 2 grandparents, 4 other adult children and 3 grandkids, ranging from 2 to 14. The hot tub was undercover, another nice accommodation for rainy weather. We didn't want to miss out on this home next year, so reserved it before we went back home. We can't wait til 2025.

Great ocean front home Fantastic ocean views .nice open floor plan. Well equipped and it was great the home came with linens and bed were made. I wish the the carpet walkway that replaced the boardwalk was cleaned off. It makes it hard for someone with mobility issues to get over. I noticed the other access places were swept. Other than that; great house great location.

Our Stay at 7675 Sweet Caroline This house was right next to the beach. The chairs on the top deck were great for just sitting and watching the sunrise early in the morning, and it was a great location to catch some rays and tan. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend that if you’re looking for a beach getaway check out this property or another from Resort Realty.

Beautiful ocean view The home has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean and is right by the public access path to get on the beach.

How sweet it is! Unbelievable sunrises.sets. Nicely appointed mid scale accommodation Good value. Our family loved house, beach and area. Good grocery and restaurants. Good biking and water sports. Beach chairs, boogie and paddle board. Fires on beach allowed

Sweet Caroline The view and access to the beach was amazing! The air conditioning on the bedroom level stopped working 5 days in to our stay. Other than that, the house was clean, spacious, and had a nicely equipped kitchen. It was a great location close to little shops and restaurants. We definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic stay Homes location is amazing, it fit our family of 12 beautifully, lots of space and seating, kids loved game room, decks are so much fun, and beach right outside door no need to say more!!

Great Vacation Home in Avon Sweet Caroline is a wonderful oceanfront home in Avon. It fit 10 of us comfortably, and we enjoyed the boardwalk access and proximity to the beach and pier.

Great family getaway We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Caroline. House was clean and the open layout was wonderful. We didn’t feel crowded ever. Plenty of room to spread out. We had 10 in our family. Great to have the beach access right next to the house. Beach was nice, not too crowded as we were there and wanted to keep our social distance from others. Tide did come up and cover our beach space of sand most afternoons. I would recommend renting beach chairs and umbrella. We also had boogie boards that got used a lot w/ all the large waves and it was hot. Great spot for our family to have a quarantine vacation together.
