NICE PLACE! Nice place to stay. Very convenient. Most of the beds were comfortable.Cozy! Will stay here again!

An Original Uncle Pooh's Cottage felt like one of the original beach houses in Avon. It was comfortable and cozy, and we had a very wonderful time here.

Fair This is the first time I stayed with the family I have made , but I grew up going here as a kid with my family so it was just as great as always and great being able to create these memories going fwd

Excellent We had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and the perfect location.

Beach vacation Loved every bit of our stay here. The cottage was exactly as pictured. The deck on the second story is especially enjoyable to sit on early in the morning and in the evenings. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops within walking or biking distance. The only complaints we have is the shower drain was sluggish draining and the pillows on the beds were flat. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation We really enjoyed our stay. First visit to the OuterBanks. I loved the experience. The cottage was comfortable and close to the beach, food, and shopping.

Excellent Nice place

Good fit We enjoyed our stay at Uncle Pooh. The Four bedrooms were perfect and beds comfortable. Porch was a great spot to store things brought along on our trip. Easy walk to beach from Uncle Pooh’s as well. Definitely recommend. A little light on kitchen ware’s and the squealing kitchen faucet was my only complaint

Great Little House for Last Minute Getaway The location in Avon is very nice, the beach access boardwalk is just at the end of the cul-de-sac. Being right on the corner of Dolphin and 12, it got a bit noisy with all of the traffic. The restaurants across the street get EARLY morning deliveries too, but I wake up early anyway. The layout of the house is really nice and I can see how this would be great for a couple or smaller family since it only had 1.5 baths. Would absolutely rent the house again! Thanks for sharing your cottage with me.

Good We enjoyed the location for our weeks fishing. Close to bait and Food lion.

Loved poohs cottage Poohs cottage was just as expected, an adorable beach cottage!! It had everything we needed for an awesome stay. The ac blew cold and we were cozy and comfortable!

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE HOUSE. IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THEY EVEN REPLACED THE GRILLE WHILE WE THERE WITH A BRAND NEW ONE. WILL USE YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE

Love the Personal Touches [Keyless entry] was very convenient. I did have trouble the first time I tried to enter the cottage. But I called you guys and I was in the house in minutes 😊. Great job. We had a great vacation. My first time visiting the Outer Banks and I will definitely be back. I rent a beach house every year. Uncle Pooh's was the best one yet. I absolutely loved the personal touches all around the cottage. See you guys soon.

We love Uncle Pooh's!! My family has been going to stay at Uncle Pooh's Cottage every year since 2008. We absolutely love it there! The house has all the amenities you need and the beach is so close! Everything is always well kept at the house. We've never had any issues. It has access to a swimming pool and there are tons of great restaurants nearby (we recommend Gidget's). Would give it 10 stars if that were possible!
