The location was great (short walk to beach and a short drive to the grocery store and local restaurants). The realty company was very responsive and the house itself was also as described. There is one less star because we received several emails warning us what we should bring ourselves, including basics like beach towels, but also things that lots of other airbnbs typically provide (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, seasonings+oil for cooking, etc). We had to go out of our way to buy small versions of a lot of these, but then when we got to the house, a lot of them were actually provided.
Great place to explore the Outerbanks from. The accommodation had everything we needed and more.
We loved staying here and will definitely be back in the future! It was very walkable to restaurants and ice cream shops. It fit everyone well and was homey for the week!

The house was beautiful and very clean! The beds were comfortable. Only a seven minute walk to the beach. Definitely would stay again!

Kaspar Kottage
We stayed at Kaspar Kottage 8/21-8/27/2022. The location was perfect and we enjoyed a full week of beach time, shopping in Kill Devil Hills, delicious meals at the various restaurants in the area including right across the street from our Kottage, as well as the most exciting event, going on a Wild Mustang Tour in Corolla. The Kottage itselft met all our needs and we were very satisfied we choose it.

The house was wonderful and in an awesome location. So many destinations within walking distance or a short drive. The house offered great amenities for my wife and me. It was really comfortable and well-maintained. An excellent experience.

This was an excellent property. We had a fantastic experience with Resort Realty and the property itself. Resort Realty was organized, efficient, and responsive. The house was spotlessly clean!
Loved it
The house was very nice for what we paid for it, especially last second. It was somewhat small but it was a nice little house. I would likely stay there again.
