Very Good Fantastic house. Our family had a great time. Anything I was worried about from previous reviews were a non issue. The AC seems like it was new. All the kitchen appliances seem new. The only problem we had was with one of the doors downstairs coming off the hinges. Resort realty sent someone out same day to get it taken care of. Thanks for a great time for a fair price.

We had a lovely week. The house was comfortable, and the location was lovely. We had a slight leaking issue with the dishwasher and Resort Reality was so easy and timely to work with. Not only did someone show promptly, but he was so kind, efficient, and explained everything he was doing and next steps as needed. His name is Andy and he is a gem.Our experience with the company was so fluid and made our stay really great. We would return.

Beautiful home comfortable furniture Great Location We loved this house. The furniture was comfortable with great views of the beach. Two dining tables which worked wonderfully for us as we like to work jigsaw puzzles on vacation. Beds were very comfortable even the bunk beds were extra wide and comfy. Above all, great location!!!

Wonderful Stay Well appointed home with easy direct beach access. This spacious home had all we needed. The kitchen appliances are updated and cookware was in good shape. New decking was nice, however there is zero shade on top deck and no umbrella is provided for the picnic table. Hot tub was clean and hot. Home was clean. Wood paneling has been painted which has made the soace kore bright and open. Close to restaurants and shops. Great space, would recommend o anyone!

Beautiful Views, Great Surf Break We enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront property. The views are truly spectacular, and if you like to surf, there is a great break right in front of the house when conditions permit. The kitchen is nicely stocked for cooking in and king beds were comfortable. The only downsides worth mentioning...the interior flooring needs updating. We are dog lovers so appreciate this amenity, but the carpet is well overdue for a replacement. We enjoyed using the hot tub, but most of the jets aren't working, which was disappointing.

Beachfront Home with Breathtaking Views Beautiful beachfront home offering fabulous panoramic views. Short walk over the dune and you're on the beach. The kitchen is easy to work in and has good appliances. Upper deck has wonderful views and is a fabulous place for morning coffee or to watch the water during a full moon.

Perfect winter beach trip This house is beautiful and very clean. You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and oceanside bedrooms. At night we could listen to the waves and star gaze while we relaxed in the hot tub. I am also impressed with Resort Realty. They are a top notch rental company.

Great Ocean Front Property in Avon We loved our week in Cape Kann! It was perfect for our family of 6. There were plenty of showers/bathrooms for the number of bedrooms and the outdoor shower on the main floor instead of on the ground floor was a huge plus. The view from the lower level balcony hot tub was beautiful. It was great to be able to sit in there and look out at the ocean over the dunes while still being covered from the sun. The upstairs balcony also offered beautiful views of the ocean as well as the sunset over the sound. The upper level offered plenty of space to relax and eat. There was a bit of a walk to get over the dunes but our younger children did fine with it and it was well worth it for the general proximity to the beach.

Love this house! The Cape Kann is a beautiful home with all of the space and amenities we needed. The house is very clean and large for a beachfront property. The proximity to the beach is awesome! We cannot say enough good things about this home and hope someday to return.

Our new favorite house We've been vacationing on the Outer Banks for decades, and we've stayed in a lot of different houses. This was our first year in Cape Kann, and Kann is our new favorite. It's bright, spacious, well-equipped, and well-maintained, and it has fabulous views from every level. We'll be back!

Excellent We really enjoyed this location for our beach vacation for 2020. Plenty of room and beautiful views! We have already booked our stay at this location for 2021!

Great gem We love Cap Kann and have come back here four years in a row! The location is simply superb and the home is always clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Staff was very helpful House was ready early and we requested an early access code which also worked fine. Keyless is a nice feature, much smoother than having to pickup and drop off keys. The staffperson I talked to in Waves was very helpful.

We Loved Cape Kann We loved Cape Kann and hope to have more vacations there in the future. The main-level floor plan is perfect for our family and the views are spectacular! The living/great room sectional and big chair are very comfortable.

Loved it! Loved the property and the location. Planning to come back next year. Loved the variety of cooking utensils as cooked in most meals. Grateful for keyless entry as made it very easy.
