The best part of our family vacation was spending quality time together on the beautiful beach in Avon.

Second Stay at Sea Dreams Sea Dreams has come a long way since our first visit seven years ago. I's amazing what new flooring and fresh white paint can do to a place. Very close to the beach and minutes from the grocery store, so location is ideal. Sea Dreams is a cottage style home so it is a bit smaller, but it is perfect for a single family vacation stay. Thanks for another great year of OBX memories!

A beautiful home! This beach house is so well equiped with everything you might need! It is so charming and had lots of room for 3 adults and a baby. We have been coming to Avon for years and this is one of our favorite houses now! A perfect stay for our daughter's first time to OBX!

Very Good We have stayed at the OBX over 20 years now and rented different houses , this one was probably the best one yet . Very clean and great shape !

Fun times at Sea Dreams We had a great time staying at Sea Dreams . It's close to the beach , 3 minute walk . Kitchen was nice for cooking fresh seafood . We only used the master bedroom and that mattress was very comfortable. The Weber grill worked great for our cookout ! My Wife and I both agree that we will book Sea Dreams again very soon 🏖

Perfect cozy cottage for small family We have stayed in a variety of homes in a variety of towns along the OBX, from Collora to Ocracoke, and Sea Dreams was the perfect beach house for our small family. The home being recently updated (we saw the before pictures when we rented, so the after pictures were very welcome) helped us decide to rent this cozy beach cottage. The closed-in sun porch/game room was a perfect place to hide to check in with work emails. The screened in porch was the perfect place to pick our crabs, while we mostly enjoyed the crows nest for watching those spectacular OBX sunsets. The beach access was close by, though be prepared to an uphill climb both ways on scorching sand after the decking, it was quite the workout to get to the beach. Loved having the Kinnakeet pool 2 miles away for red flag beach days. DQ across the street provided multiple dessert dashes with the kids. Realize the house sits back in a layered type fashion, so locating the initially locating the property can be confusing. All in all this home is a perfect get away spot for a small family wanting to enjoy Avon in August.

Great House close to the beach and very affordable. Well equipped house, had everything we needed. Close walk to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Sea Dreams made our Week We found this property to be very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again, possibly even this fall (for a short stay)!

Family house, peaceful, very close to the beach, well equipped kitchen, good localization. I would go back to this place.

Extraordinary Service from Start to Finish Extraordinary service from start to finish...thank you for a great vacation in majestic serenity! Helping me to get two packages delivered and front door service was unexpected...WOW!!! We would love to return to area north of Pea Island NWR next time due to desire to explore northern Outer Banks more.
