great location for both paddling on the sound and going to the beach. the house had a great lay-out too. we appreciated having bathrooms for all bedrooms plus an extra 2 half baths. the kitchen had everything we needed. we all easily fit around the dining table and there was a separate smaller table (good for puzzles) which was a nice bonus. the porches were all used and enjoyed. coffee on the top porch in the morning was wonderful. we love outdoor showers too so we really couldn't ask for anything more!

My family and I vacation in the outer banks every year this was by far the best time we have had. The area was quiet with so many things to do. The dock was perfect for fishing and kayaking. We will be back next year, if there is availability. Thank you for everything!

Excellent Loved this house. The location is fantastic, makes for amazing views on all sides. The living room needs more seating to fit the number of people the house sleeps but that’s our only complaint. Would love to stay again.

Sunset Cove, Avon House was clean and ready to go when we got there. We enjoyed fishing off the dock. It’s a very peaceful and quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

No recommendations, I wish all companies had the personal touch that Resort Realty does. The best part of our experience using Resort Realty was the phenomenal customer service and experience. From booking to finish your team was friendly, attentive and our rental was perfection!

We had the best experience <3 Kids had a blast going to canal right when they woke up to play! Convenience of beach days to rental were absolutely key. Had such a relaxing vacation, we did not want to leave!

Kim Mc We very much enjoyed our time this year in Avon, with the home that accommodated my family. The water access and views of the Sound were exceptional not to mention how close by any number of excellent restaurants were.

Great Start to Summer Lovely home with wonderful access to Sound and beach. First time staying in this home and was not disappointed. Love that 2nd level bedrooms each had their own bathroom and the top floor with kitchen/living area was the perfect place to start and end our days. Could use some small updates but overall it is comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family with no hesitation.

Great stay Resort realty was very accommodating with the few extra requests we had

family fun although we potentially were involved in 2 bad storms- we only had one rainy day. the place was comfortable with plenty of amenities. pets were happy when we took them for sunrise beach walks. thank you for sharing your home with us.

Sunset Cove -7560 This was our 2nd year staying at Sunset Cove. The house was just as nice as last year. The house is family friendly and we love that we can bring our dogs. There was an issue with the washer while we were there and Resort Realty remedied the problem right away. Billy in the maintenance department was a pleasure to deal with. We will hopefully be back again. Our only suggestion would be to have the carpet deep cleaned or replaced with a more dog friendly option.

Great House, Great Location Loved the house. Cute as could be. The views were great. Glad it was pet friendly. Quiet area (except for the 3 am trash trucks banging).

1st Time In Avon Sunset Cove did not disappoint. The house was spacious. Mattresses were comfy. Kitchen well appointed. Enjoyed the quiet friendly neighborhood. Kinnekeet community pool was great!

Sunset Cove - Amazing views and a great access to the sound and beach! We loved our stay at Sunset Cove. It was the perfect place for us and our dogs to catch sunset views, and a quick walk to the beach for the sunrise. It&#39;s also near coffee, bars, and places to eat with sidewalk access for biking and walking. We look forward to staying at Sunset Cove again!

Beautiful home ... perfect location! Sunset Cove was even better than we expected! The home is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and is in a wonderful location. We were pleasantly surprised that we were so close to the sound to enjoy awesome sound views. The jacuzzi tub in the king master bedroom was also a wonderful surprise. We were apprehensive of renting the home since it had no reviews at the time we booked our rental, but we are so happy we rented this home because it was absolutely perfect! There are so many unique touches to this home, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Everything was beyond our expectations. The owners have gone above and beyond in furnishing the home to make the time spent in their home very enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend Sunset Cove, and we hope we have the opportunity to rent this beautiful home again in the future!

Perfect! It was perfect!!! We really enjoyed the keyless entry, the fact that we didn't have to go to the office to pick up or drop off keys, which saved us time. Plus, our property was not close to the office so keyless worked great! I would suggest fixing the stoppers in the bathroom sinks, but everyone that I spoke with at Resort Realty was great!
