Dolphin Watch-Incredible Home Dolphin Watch was an incredible property. It had plenty of room for 6 adults (1 in a wheelchair), and 2 kids. The house was clean, it was fully-equipped with dishes, towels, and entertainment, and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for a special home to make family memories, this is it. The folks at Resort Realty made check in and check out a breeze, and were extremely responsive. I can’t say enough great things about this home and the rental company.

Aug 14 - 22 We had a great week staying at Dolphin Watch.<br /> The house was very clean and the layout of the home had ample space for everyone. We enjoyed the great puzzle and games selection in the evenings.<br /> The pool was great to relax in after a day on the beach. Bonus was the elevator for bringing groceries inside. We loved our stay!

Great house! This was our first time staying in Avon NC. The house was beautiful, very clean and well decorated. We loved everything about it! The pool was great and the hot tub. Perfect after coming back from the beach. The location to the beach was very nice. A little trail right at the end of the driveway. You have to walk over the sand dunes but it wasn&#39;t very far. The beach wasn&#39;t crowded and it was very quiet and enjoyable. Good restaurants in the area as well.

Dolphin Watch Beautiful house! Great decks! Pool and hot tub were great. It was hard getting to the beach due to the dirt paths and dunes. We Fid have to drive to other ones. The weather was quite cool and windy At the beginning of June, so beware. Plenty of restaurants but little else to do in the area of Hatteras and Avon. It was too quiet for us.

Everyone has always been super nice at Resort Realty! This was our second time renting a house thru you.

Fabulous Our all girls vacay was perfect here. Everything was clean and the kitchen was amply stocked. Pool floor was damaged and could not be walked on in one area. The pool guy told us mid week it was lightning damage. Elevator was a life saver.

Love Dolphin Watch This was our 2nd year in Dolphin Watch. We love the house and the location!!! The updates over the winter were a nice addition. We enjoyed to new furniture, flooring and larger tv&rsquo;s in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked but could use some new cookware. There is a keurig and a basic coffee maker (that uses funnel filters). There is plenty to do. The only complaint has nothing to do with the house but it would be nice if the public beach access boardwalk would extend over the dunes like they do up north in Corolla. But we love the quiet, less crowded area of Avon. And we will be back next year!!!

Dolphin Watch This is the second time we have rented this house. We love the location and love that it has 3 king beds for ourselves and our adult children. The location is very nice. The den furniture could certainly use replacing because threads are starting to unravel on sofa and it is very low to ground and not comfortable at all. There are many nails on top deck that need to be hammered in because they stick up too far and we felt like a little dangerous for our grandkids. We had to make sure they always had on shoes outside there. These were small issues in the whole scheme of things but just some suggestions! Thanks for letting us stay there!

Excellent This was the 3rd time we stayed at Dolphin Watch and as always was not disputed only in the weather. But even with the weather being bad the house and its accommodations made up for it. The house is large enough that 3 couples that were with us had there own space which included an ensuite bathroom with every bedroom. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub which made up for not being able to go to the beach because of the extremely high winds being so bad. We were able to adventure to the beach 2 of the days which the access to the beach is conveniently at the end of the driveway across the road. Most of all even though this house is not oceanfront you still have magnificent views from the top deck of the house. We will definitely be coming back to Dolphin Watch as a matter of fact already reserved time for next year.

Great House The beach is so close you might as well be on the beach. The view from the living area was amazing. The elevator was convenient bringing in the luggage. The only complaint is not really a complaint. The door is keyed and was confusing because you have to pull up really hard on the handle when turning the key.

Very accommodating The Dolphin Watch was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and 1 toddler. It was our first time in Avon so we brought a lot of stuff! Using the elevator to move everything in was a breeze! Avon was such a nice and quiet area. The house is very comfortable with having a toddler. I wasn&rsquo;t terrified he was going to break a bunch of items. The rooms were spacious and whoever designed the home definitely is family oriented. Having bathrooms in every bedroom plus 1.5 extra was beyond perfect! The pool area was worked out great because it&rsquo;s gated. The house had pool toys, beach toys, games, extra hand soaps etc. We are already trying to decide when we can come back!

AMAZING! We stay some where different each year for the past few years and this place is definitely at the top of our homes. It was the cleanest property we have every arrived to. We always bring our own cleaning supplies because well covid.. and some places are just need some extra tlc. I have a 20 month old so its important to me that every nook and cranny had been cleaned. I didn&#39;t have to touch one of my cleaning supplies they stayed in my car!! This place was not only VERY clean but so SO beautifully decorated. Each room had something special. There were baby gates BIG PLUS. If my family weren&#39;t outgrowing this place by next year id be back for sure!! The beach is a SHORT walk (there is a path right across the street). The views are amazing you would think you are right on the beach. The ONE THING I can find to complain about is the freezer in the kitchen kept leaking nothing huge.. But we did notify someone. This place is amazing.

Beautiful ocean views We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Watch. The views were amazing and the home was top notch. Everything you need for your stay in Avon. We loved our home and the beach access was just a few steps away. Definitely will be back to enjoy the waves and the view.

Perfect This is the perfect beach house! It has every amenity you would need and is so close to the beach it might as well be considered oceanfront. Very clean and a great set up inside with a lot of space. The deck has great ocean views. This home met every expectation for our family vacation and I would highly recommend!
