Ginny Anne If you're looking for a calm, one level living in a sweet setting, then Ginny Anne is for you. In the heart of Avon, just minutes away from the beach to a relaxing afternoon and a book on the screened in porch to an open concept living inside, you will enjoy this residence. Its super clean and well maintained.

We loved the decor in this house! It was very comfortable and clean. We stay in this neighborhood every year and this is definitely one of our favs!
Enjoyable Stay The house is not fancy but comfortable. Short walk to the beach and being pet friendly was a plus. The underneath sitting area and outdoor shower are underrated features. Accommodated four adults (Husband, wife and 2 adult children) and a pet. Only slight negatives are the door lock is a little tricky, and the temperature control being set to only allow 72 degrees or higher in the summmer. Might consider 70 degrees. Again not a big issue, but when it is hot on the beach, cooling down is important. All in all, we enjoyed the stay at Ginny Anne.
Great facilities in general a few glitches with some maintenance issues but Andrew took care of them in a heartbeat
Check in was earlier than expected and very easy. We had zero issues during our stay. This isn’t our first time renting with Resort Realty and we will continue to use them for rentals based on how great each experience has been.
Perfect little House I really enjoyed my stay at Ginny Anne, it had everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the layout is good with the laundry in the same level as the living area. The bathrooms are a little small, but they were good otherwise. The screened porch was really nice place to relax,as was the area underneath the house. The location of the cottage is good, close enough to the beach and close to shopping too. I’m not a fan of Roku TV, but it was tolerable for my stay. It’s a smaller house, but was perfect for me. I was here for an extended stay and had no issues at all. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals, big and small, up and down the Outer Banks, this was the best overall so far. If everything works out I’ll definitely be back next year. Gracie the mini Bernedoodle approved too.
Happy to be at OBX Ginny Anne was the perfect place to visit Avon! Couple of days of rain but the screen porch was the perfect place to be! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything that we needed for our stay! Can opener was the only thing that was disappointing! Perfect walk to the beach! Don't need to cross Hwy12! I hope we will be back soon!! It was a wonderful vacation!!
Great stay, wonderful location! Classic beach house a short walk to the ocean. We loved the proximity to the beach. Plenty of room for 3 adult couples. Comfortable beds. Lots of useful kitchen items. Outdoor shower was a plus. Walkable to a few good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
Charming Beach Cottage Perfect little spot by the ocean! Loved the classic beach cottage vibe of this place! Had a really nice off-season stay here with no issues.
