“Perfect little House I really enjoyed my stay at Ginny Anne, it had everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the layout is good with the laundry in the same level as the living area. The bathrooms are a little small, but they were good otherwise. The screened porch was really nice place to relax,as was the area underneath the house. The location of the cottage is good, close enough to the beach and close to shopping too. I&rsquo;m not a fan of Roku TV, but it was tolerable for my stay. It&rsquo;s a smaller house, but was perfect for me. I was here for an extended stay and had no issues at all. I&rsquo;ve stayed at a lot of rentals, big and small, up and down the Outer Banks, this was the best overall so far. If everything works out I&rsquo;ll definitely be back next year. Gracie the mini Bernedoodle approved too.”
