Perfect stay The house was clean and neat, the location was perfect and the views were amazing!

Sunrise/Sunset The house it's self was good. The price was what drew us to the house along with the access to the Pier. The layout and space provided was just what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of reading material along with games. TV and radio were also good. The house was very clean and well maintained. There was a couple of issues that had really nothing to do with the house it's self. 1) There were ocean views (from afar), however, you could not get a "Sunrise" view. There is a house directly in front of the sun's rising path. The "Sunsets" were BEAUTIFUL!! Clear view of that over the sound. 2) The trek to and from the beach was extremely LONG. If you only went to the beach with your towel and bottle of suntan lotion, you were O.K.; but if you had to take anything else (umbrella, canopy, skim board, cooler, sand toys, etc.) you were in for a cardio buster! 3) this brings me to the mosquitoes . . . if you did not travel quickly on this trek to and from the beach, you were most assuredly going to be eaten alive! They weren't only bad on the trail to the beach, but also kept us from enjoying the decks. The SAVING GRACE was the Kuro Club access!! Free passes to Avon Pier and to the adjacent pool.
