Excellent Beautiful house- we loved our stay!!

Pelican Watch is a very nice stay! This is a very comfortable house and the ocean is right over the dune. Beautiful beach here! Wonderful place to be for a week! Resort Realty was attentive to questions and got us in there at a good time.

The only negative is that the mattresses need upgraded or replaced and there are a few windows fogged up, as the property is starting to show it's age a bit.. Other than that this is a perfect stay for a large family gathering and it suited the 10 of us really well. Thanks for a great vacation!

Memorial Week 2026!! The family and I had an absolutely incredible Memorial Day week at Pelican Watch! The house exceeded every expectation beautifully decorated, spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell so much thought and care went into every detail to make guests feel at home. One of the standout features was the amazingly well-stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed for cooking meals, entertaining, and enjoying family dinners together without feeling like we were missing a thing. Meal time can be extra chaotic with 3 children under 2 in our group. That extra level of accommodation made the stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Our group also wanted to highlight all the guide books, local recommendations, and extra information throughout the house. It was such a thoughtful touch and made everything feel organized, welcoming, and stress-free. The hosts clearly put a lot of effort into creating an experience, not just a rental. The home itself was the perfect place to relax after long beach days comfortable beds, beautiful views, cozy living spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. This was hands down one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly memorable OBX getaway! 🌊☀️🇺🇸

We had a wonderful time at the Pelican Watch. It’s a very nice and accommodating place. The house was very clean and had all necessary amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property We had an amazing stay at Pelican Watch in early August 2025. The house is beautiful and the layout is great. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and also spent quite a bit of time in the pool and hot tub. Perfect property for our family vacation with our sons and their significant others.

7223 Pelican Watch The house, pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing!! The only thing we didn’t like was the old mattresses. Everything else was absolutely perfect!! Such a beautiful house and location! Resort Realty was excellent. We had 2 minor things that needed fixed and they were immediately remedied with wonderful customer service. Highly recommend Resort Realty and this amazing house!

Spring Break 2025 We loved our stay at Pelican Watch! The house was exactly as described and there was plenty of space for our 2 families. There was space for relaxation for each of us! The kitchen was well stocked, the deck space was great, and the pool area was nice. Thanks to Resort Realty for opening the pool a little early for us! We really enjoyed it. Short walk to the beach, beautiful views, and shopping and restaurants nearby! We had a great stay!

Excellent Stay in OBX Pelican Watch was an excellent choice for our “guys trip” to the OBX. Well equipped, very good condition, close proximity to the beach, and nice layout were all factors. We had a great time here for our annual trip. Recommended!
