Beautiful house and fit our 2 families very well. My favorite was how large the kitchen was and well stocked with items to cook the food we bought. Made life so much easier with a large family. Short walk to the beach has too!

We had the best time at this beautiful home. So spacious for our family and friends. Can’t wait to come back in June. The weather wasn’t the best but we made the best of it with all the board games the house offered. Will be back soon.

Great location to the beach, local stores and a few restaurants. Stayed with two children, pool was great, updated decking by the pool was nice. House is clean, beds are moderately comfortable. Twin headboards need fixed. House had the basics in the kitchen.

Wonderful beach house! We all thought this house was one of the best we have stayed in on OBX. Unfortunately, Erin kicked us out after only 24 hours, so we didn't get to thoroughly enjoy it! Lots of room for multiple families, and very well stocked. Nice ocean view. The only comment I have is that I feel the "150 yards to the beach" might be off. It felt quite a bit longer, and the walk through the wooded sandy area was long and narrow, harder for an older person.

Loved the location! House was clean and felt like home!

Fun in the sun Enjoyed our stay in Salvo. Beautiful weather, great home with plenty of room for all 10 of us. Would rent this house again.

Excellent The home was very nice. Room for everything and the pool table was a hit.

Beach Vacation Great Vacation Rental--we had the greatest weather at the beach and coming back in the afternoon to the pool and hot tub made everyday a perfect beach day.

Cute house The house has comfortable beds, kitchen is well stocked and the house is very nice. What isn’t nice is the drainage on the street and yards but that isn’t the owners fault that is the city’s fault. Just wanted people to know you could be walking through water if it rains on your vacation

Amazing Me and my family had the best time at this cottage. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub! I would definitely rent through this realty company again. I would like to also give a huge shoutout to Shannon Harrell. I know her personally and she was a huge help with everything I needed and all the many questions I had. Thank you for everything!

Perfect location Lovely house! Lots of steps but worth the view on the top floor. House was clean, does show a little wear but it’s a rental. Pool was fabulous, hot tub too! Loved how close the beach was to the house. Beautiful decks to sit and soak up the beach view and salt air. Kids and guys loved the pool table. Kitchen was big and easy to cook in. Wish there were more chairs around the table house sleeps 10 plus but only 8 chairs. Also kitchen utensils and pots and pans need to be replaced but we were end of season so maybe that’s part of the problem. Would definitely rent again!

The street was flooded during our stay (bad rains before we arrived), but hopefully they'll work out a solution to the drainage problems. There was an issue with the refrigerator, and the stove top. We notified Resort Realty and they sent someone out the next day to look at both appliances. By the end of our stay, the stove had been replaced and the refrigerator was repaired! They were so easy to work with, and we had a great week's stay!

The pool is lovely as well. There was an issue with the refrigerator, and a cracked stove top. We notified Resort Realty and they sent someone out the next day to look at both appliances. Very happy! We were very happy staying at C-Waves last week! It was a 3 minute walk to the ocean, and a quick drive to the sound side. The house was plenty big for our family of six, and the kitchen was stocked well! Clean sheets and towels were waiting for us, and we had no issues to call in about. There were a couple things that I will suggest for improvement, but all in all we were very pleased and have already booked for next year! :)

Amazing C-waves was a BEAUTIFUL house! We got in the house at 6(a little later than normal with covid going on) but the house was EXTREMELY clean. There was a little hiccup as we didn't have enough sheets and towels but Resort Realty came right over to bring them to us! Everything was great all week long and we will definitely be back and will be renting from resort realty again!

Wounderful Property We just returned from our stay at C-Waves. I cannot say enough about the house! Everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.The beds were comfortable,the house was clean,the pool was always the perfect temperature. Beach access was right there. Beautiful views!

The house was amazing! Definitely the nicest house we've stayed at in OBX. We had the nicest vacation! Definitely want to stay in that house again one year! Thank you!
