OBX Vacation 2026 House was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, response was quick when we had an issue with the pool and hot tub. They couldn't repair the the hot tub but it really didn't affect our trip as we spent most of the time at the beech or pool.
Great home Super experience and well prepared home. Needed toilet repair and it was done immediately. FYI, hot tub was losing water slowly with water coming out under the deck
Clean, ready, in great repair. Need new manual can opener for sure. Super house with great sound access and parking. It is the 3rd or 4th time in this house for windsurfing.
Awesome Vacation Staying at this home was awesome. House was clean and totally stocked. They had every appliance and cookware you could need. Our views of the sound were amazing. Right next to Dairy Queen for those sweet treat needs. We went with another family and all of us had plenty of space. I will totally rent this place again!!
This was our 1st trip as empty-nesters! It was such a relaxing week. We ate at local restaurants, walked the beaches, lounged by the pool all day, soaked in the hot tub all night, and enjoyed the beautiful views from out deck! We will definitely be back for many years to come!
Excellent We have loved this home for over 10 years now! It is well kept and has about anything you can think you may need. The owners did a great job with the decorating. We are sad every time we have to leave.
Home Away From Home Sunset Breeze is our home away from home. The location is perfect with it being on the soundside and being able to enjoy those gorgeous sunsets!Dairy Queen is a bonus as well!Great multi family home. The only thing I would say is a new coffee maker and a new grill would be nice, the grill only cooks on one side of the burners. My favorite place to vacation for sure!
Review of Sunset Breeze The only thing I feel that needs to be addressed is the Hot Tub ,there are a couple of jets that the center sprayer has come out and the suction will grab your foot very hard. Had to not use the jets when the children were in the tub. The house otherwise was great!!!
