Caught in the September Storm After the coastal flooding damaged the outdoor shower causing a large plumbing leak, I called Resort Realty and their maintance employee arrived in a few minutes. He had to shut off the water supply and Resort Realty found us a new home to stay in until the Highway 12 that breached could be opened up.<br /> Resort Realty did an outstanding job. We will use them again next year.
Very Good Great location and water proximity. We love Rodanthe area!<br /> <br /> A little disappointed there was no hose at the ground level, outside shower needs major improvement and why is the no door shelving in the main refrigerator? This extremely limits storage for large groups who buy Supplies for the week.
Beautiful Space Tide song was a beautiful home that housed a huge family comfortably for the week. I loved the location to the pier for my fishing kids and the obviously the beach access was excellent. We hope to stay here next year we loved it so much!

The best feature about this home is it’s location right by the ocean. It’s such a beautiful view and very convenient to just walk out front to get to the beach. I think the pictures do match the home but it does look more dated in person. The decks have been recently updated and looked nice. There was a very bad odor on the top floor when we arrived, I am thinking the last visitors may have cooked some seafood that lingered but I remedied that with some air fresheners. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!
Wonderful home, beautiful beach Our two families with teenage sons had a fabulous time at Tide Song. The house had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is beautiful - we loved watching the sunrises, seeing the dolphins, and listening to the waves crashing in. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We loved being in a quiet area like Rodanthe. Our only complaints were there needs to be deck chairs on the 2nd level deck and to watch for lots of loose nails and screws in the sand near and under the house (probably from a recent deck rebuild).
Wonderful home/Wonderful location We really enjoyed our two week stay at Tide Song. The house was fantastic, it had all the amenities that we needed. The location right on the beach was great. Our only complaint was being right beside a public beach access. For whatever reason, the people on the beach wanted to pile on top of each other rather than spread out. Overall, we would definitely stay at Tide Song again, and we are considering renting this house again next year.

Love the house!!! The home is amazing. We could have stayed there forever. We loved it so much. The best feature was the deck. We would sit out there for hours and hours. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home.
Awesome job We been looking for place on NC to stay. The Resort realty did the awesome job. And We had something come up with our place we stay but just one call away. They came and fix it… There are the best! any question been answered and guided us thru our trip… They even helped us with what might you need for the trip and that making it easier for us.. great house , great location We had a great time at Tide song . The house was very clean with all the amenities advertised in working condition . We enjoyed the hot tub , the fire place the beach and the spectacular view . This was one of the best vacations we've ever had . We had fabulous weather and enjoyed every minute of our stay . The only complaint is we only had 7 days , an additional 7 would had been nice.
Beautiful oceanfront getaway Tide Song was the perfect location for. Winter getaway with a bunch of friends. We cooked meals, enjoyed the hot tub, went on lots of walks, watched a movie, and played games. The house was perfect for 11 adults and all our snacks :)
Tide Song perfect location stunning view off the deck...all large bedrooms and all comfortable!Nice open concept main floor for gathering. Very responsive to any needs.Would highly recommend! Dale
A house fitting of its name At night we fell asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing a mere 100 feet from the house. The sound fills the rooms with an amazing view and breeze no dune blocked house could provide. The kitchen/table/living area is perfect for relaxing, and the view from the balconies is bar none. A sliver of the sound can also be seen from the kitchen window. The appliances all looked brand new and worked well. The rooms were nice, comfy beds, and plenty of space for everyone. The shower pressure was amazing! The house did have signs of aesthetic wear. My biggest concern was the well worn deck with exposed rusty nail heads and a loose plank which we reported. The house is within walking distance to many emenities: donuts, pizza, ice cream (the essentials). There is a small market, Waves Market, that have all the majority of grocery store essentials and is only a 2 minute drive, no need to drive to the Food Lion in Avon or Hags Head. We really enjoyed our stay, the location, and the endless sun. We have already booked this house for later this year.
Great beach house Nice house right on the beach! Plenty of room, kitchen is well-supplied, views were amazing. We spent lots of time on the deck (which could use some updating) Overall a great house that we've already booked for next year!
Outer Banks 2021 Great property, had an amazing trip. Loved it's close proximity to the ocean.
