excellent ocean front home My family enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us and the view was fabulous. Everything we needed was there. Will definitely stay there again.

Could not have been more perfect Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is perfection! The incredible amount of space, beautiful decks with more than enough furniture to sit and enjoy the ocean and beautiful sunrises and moonlit nights. Beds were comfortable and the amount of tv’s so everyone could watch whatever they wanted. Will definitely be looking forward to staying here again!!

Very Good House was clean and well stocked

Very Good Everything was great! Location, area, weather, water, accommodations. If there was one downside, the ocean side upper deck needs immediate attention. Many nail heads sticking up and wood is dried out which is rough on bare feet.

Review for Sara's Sea Breeze (AKA Sea Peck) This is our third stay in the home (once Sara's Sea Breeze & twice in Sea Peck). The preparation by Resort Realty is by far the best. This is first time with more than just the two of us. Daughter and her family really had a great time also. Call to maintenance for propane answered promptly. Very sadly we just won't be able to come again. I am 77 and the 600 mile drive from GA is too much. Thanks for making our visit the best! Julian

One of the best spots on the beach My wife and another couple stayed at Sars's on the week of May 26. It rained most of the week but the house was so comfy it was ok. I like that it has an ensuite on each floor. It also has plenty of refrigerators and everything worked! I also love this part of the beach. There is easy access and no big drop off. We will be back

We all had an incredible time! (Even the dog!) Sara’s Sea Breeze through Resort Realty made our first trip to the Outer Banks unforgettable! With the home only steps from the water, we all had an incredible time! (Even the dog!) Everything was perfect! From the ease of booking in addition to a well stocked house that was a breeze to check in and check out, wouldn’t change a thing! We will definitely return to the Outer Banks again to explore some more!

Our pups were so happy at Sara's Sea Breeze. The booking online was easy. We did have additional questions come up and the office staff was helpful and understanding; they walked us through the next steps quickly and with a great attitude

Awesome stay We enjoyed the beach, Avon Fireworks, family dinners, playing cards after dinner, and just being with family. You have amazing neighbors, and thank you for the awesome stay!  Hope to visit again next year!

Great Time Home is beautifully decorated. Fantastic water pressure! View from the deck is awesome. We survived "Debbie" but unfortunately she took out the stairs to the beach. Still had a great time!

We love this place! We played euchre sardines (reverse hide & seek), saw so many dolphins, and had a lot of good food and laughs. Our family has some of our favorite memories at this house. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful gathering place. See you next time!

Nostalgic stay Stayed here recently for a long weekend with a group of friends. Was thoroughly surprised how spacious this property was, the pictures don't actually do it justice. Has a nice nautical theme to the decoration, with wall art that even as an outer banks lifelong native I found myself studying historic hurricane paths and calling friends over to look at wall art to enjoy the history of the beach. Has a nice "throwback" feel to the historic outer banks. It feels more like the outer banks that I grew up on than the new commercialized "miniature Myrtle Beach" that the northern beaches has turned in to. Great location, with the opening of the new jug handle bridge you don't get the constant drive by traffic disturbing your peaceful, relaxing vacation. It's just a short walk to the abandoned section of NC 12 where you get to witness the erosion of the beach encroaching on the "point" houses, but this property has already been moved back and is protected by the present dune (historic pictures of the move and original location are on the walls in the house, another interesting walk down memory lane). If you want a nice spacious vacation house, away from the hustle and bustle of the northern beaches, with ties to the history of the outer banks I would highly recommend this spacious beach cottage.

Wonderful home to stay at the beach We loved the house. It is such a shame that the homes around it on the beach are falling into the ocean. So sad. It was comfortable and warm in the rainy weather. Your contract rules say there is no use of grills on decks and only on concrete, but there is a grill located on the upper deck. We did not use it, but I thought i would point it out.

So spacious!!! The photos do not do this home justice, it's so spacious! We watched dolphins playing in the ocean each morning from the living and dining room. Just a few easy steps over the dune to the beach where we found lots of beautiful shells. What a great winter getaway! Highly recommend this home!
