New to Outer banks
This is my first trip to the outer banks. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back. Views from the house were incredible. Having coffee at sunrise was enjoyable. Only concerns - grill was not cleaned and rusted out. Not a huge deal but I do like to use a grill to cook out on. Also, the heat /AC unit for 3rd level was not working. Made contact with maintenance. However, I asked maintenance to call me before coming. I was gone to the store and my wife was there alone. She was quite scared that someone came in without her knowledge. It was a communication issue. I’m sure that will not happen again. We were provided heaters to keep the upstairs warmer at night.
We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful scenery and a view of the famous Black Pearl♡ Very uniquely designed! Could use a few interior updates/ renovations but overall the whole family is glad we stayed here 😊
Memories of a lifetime.
This property was very unique down to every last detail. Your help was always there when I called, needed a light fixture fixed in the kitchen, a vital light fixture for usage of the kitchen, they went above and beyond to come in a timely manner, fixed it and was very efficient and polite.
Unique House!
This is a "one of a kind" type of house.The views are unbeatable, from every room. Ocean and sound! Many deck areas to view from.The bedrooms were good sized,with comfortable beds. Open concept on living and dining area. Kitchen was small but sufficient. The hot tub under the house was large and you could get a view of the sunset while soaking. All in all, my family and I, loved this house!
Loved the Sandcastle
This house is so interesting and comfortable. We loved our stay at Christmas week. The weather was beautiful and we found conch shells on the beach. Very peaceful and beautiful.
Fun at the beach!
The house was unique and fun. The house was at the end of the road, so didn't have to worry about car traffic. The beach was just over the dune, so very easy access. We we're even lucky enough to see baby sea turtles! We could always nit pick, but we had a wonderful time.

Green Lantern
The Green Lantern was a dream come true for the family. Thew kids spent every evening in the light house tower. Listening to the waves and the wind was perfect. Next time we will come during August not September.This is the house we rented in hopes that we loved it enough to buy it but unfortunately it had sold. So we were happy to hear that the new owners are continuing to rent it.
