We loved this place and will stay here again if back in the area!!

We had a nice stay and loved the wonderful backyard. The house could use some updates - there's no central AC, just older window and split units in the bedrooms that had a hard time keeping it cool. It was uncomfortably warm for us at times. Tip for future guests: bring bug spray.

It was great, the hops it’s friendly and always ready to assist. The place it’s well decorated, clean and inviting . We had a very good experience will highly recommend recommend

Everything was absolutely perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was indeed fully stocked, there was so much room, the pool area was fantastic and all the beach supplies were so handy!! We will for sure being coming back, the house had everything we needed for our family of 8!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We never wanted to leave! The house was conveniently near lots of beaches and restaurants. We felt right at home! Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 😁

This place worked great for our family vacation to Florida. This place kept the kids busy with the pool and with the floaties they have and the games. Clean and cute place and will recommend if you have a family trip planned in the Clearwater area. very close to beaches as listed.

I can’t say enough great things about this house and the host. The house was beautiful and peaceful in the perfect neighborhood. The hosts were great and responded quickly and were super nice. I will definitely be staying in this house again when we go to Florida. it’s the most ideal place.

My group had a fantastic time at this Airbnb. We plan to be back next year. The amenities and home were amazing. They have everything you need, even down to the small details that we would have never thought of. They were quick to respond when messaged, and the home was super clean. Best trip ever!

We had a wonderful time!! We made ourselves right at home as soon as we got there. We were provided with everything that we needed and then some. The kids loved the pool, firefighters (which we used for smores) and the corn hole boards. We made great use the beach supplies they provided and cant wait to come back. Thanks for being great hosts and being so responsive to everything.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach . If I had questions I got a quick response. I had a delivery order that came before check in and I was grateful to see that someone took it inside and put the cold stuff in the fridge. There was enough room for guests and much space in back for relaxing and socializing . All in all it was great.

Our stay with Kyle and Nicole was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly attentive and always responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. They regularly checked in with my family and me to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if there was anything they could do to make it even better. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. We can't wait to come back and stay with them again next year!!

Located close to everything you need for a vacation. Beach, food, entertainment all within short drives. Parking for 3 vehicles at the house, comfy beds, great kitchen and a pool for the kids with all the toys you need. Washer and dryer was a great thing to have for drying wet clothes and towels. A couple minor issues when we arrived, but they were quick to respond with remedies and all went well. Would recommend to anyone!

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Beautifully decorated home with EVERYTHING you may need (exception baking pans for oven). Thoughtful hospitality coffee, tea, and popcorn basket. Pool was amazing large and sparkling clean as was the house. The main tv room was extra comfy with many streaming options for the services you have at home. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone from age 7 to 77 slept perfectly all night! The little ones loved the queen sized bunk beds! The sheets are so soft!!! Master suite is veryl arge with extra large shower, make-up mirror, and vanity area. So many little thoughtful things are available. The dishes, silverware and serving platters looked brand new. The gas grill and fireplace worked perfectly-we had smores. Many beaches close by. We saw dolphins and oh those long beaking pelicans diving into the water for fish-amazing. When we came home the kids went back into the pool! Not ONE I'm bored from anyone all week. All the stores are close by for shopping. I have absolutely no complaints and will look forward to returning.

The place was spotless, well equipped for a beach weekend, and in a great location! The pool was clean and refreshing, too! Our host was very responsive and helpful with anything - highly recommend staying here if in the area!!

This was an enjoyable house for our extended family of 8, from ages 2 to 78. We'd go back in a heartbeat. There was attention to detail in every room. The house and pool area were attractively appointed. We had plenty of space to spread out. The location of the house met diverse needs - from the beach, to the grocery store and take-out food, to the health club. The property mangers were attentive to a issue with the stove. The caretaker was personable and quickly determined the problem - it had been unplugged. The bunk bed room was really suited for 2 or 3 children, but only accommodated 1 adult comfortably - in our case.We've rented a number of houses together over the years, and found this property to be near the top of our list.

This house is just like the pics beautiful. We had plenty of room and the back yard was so inviting and relaxing. Easy communication with the host. We will definitely stay here again . Thanks for Sharing your place .

Home is beautiful and clean. Great location and our family enjoyed. : )

At first our stay and the home seemed to be great but then towards the end of our trip we realized the house had some issues. Throughout our stay we constantly had a cough that only seemed to happen when we were in the house. On the final night my wife and young son could not stop coughing during the night. I went in to give them water and realized their room had smelled like mold and felt damp. My first reaction being in construction was to look at the ceiling and exterior walls. At this point I noticed there was active water damage. It was an unfortunate ending to a family vacation .

Great home to stay in! Easy to get too, centrally located, clean inside and out, great pool and awesome patio / lanai area to relax in. Plenty of space inside and quiet peacefulness outside

Very nice place, outdoor area and screened in porch were great. Initially concerned the pool was not heated, but it ended up being fine. Kids swam all week with no problem. As the week warmed up adults able to fully get in the pool and stay in as well. Place was very clean, beds were comfortable. Sometimes a little warm inside the house, but air conditioning units made it comfortable. Plenty of towels including bath and beach towels.

Well worth it! House was in great shape, clean and tidy upon arrival. Hosts were great at responding during our stay. No issues what so ever during our trip. Back yard area was a perfect spot to hang out and the screen in patio was awesome as well.

We loved this house for our family vacation with 10 people. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots to do. The backyard had so much for the kids to do. Kyle was very responsive and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The beach wagon, chair, umbrella and sand toys were also a great addition and made our trip even easier! Would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Kyle and Nicole were very helpful. We had gotten into town a day early. They let us check in early as their other guest had checked out. The turnaround time for getting the house ready was extremely quick and still looked great when we got in there. They also responded to questions relatively quick as well. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun resort style but privet setting. We give them a 10/10.

Kyle and Nicole are absolute amazing hosts! They were very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed which made our stay enjoyable. The home was accurately described with lots of amenities to enjoy.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and cool when we arrived. The pool was perfect - and all the added pool toys kept everyone entertained.

We enjoyed our girls trip. The home was very spacious. Everyone in our group found the home welcoming. Our hosts had coffee, teas and popcorn available during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely linens.

First and foremost Kyle and Nicole were very responsive. We had to have a discussion early because I have a service animal and they normally do not allow animals. They were very understanding in that regard were able to accommodate. Very large home with lot's of space for a good size family to feel comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay and felt at home from the time we got there. Would recommend to anyone!!!
