- Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs each are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats or aggressive breeds please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbours -
- There are 3 security cameras are solely to keep track of our cleaning team located all in front of house.
- 5 cars can fit in the driveway. No street parking is available. Avoid parking on the street to avoid tickets.
- The pool is not heated; it receives plenty of sun during the day, which can raise water temperature seasonally!

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.

“Located close to everything you need for a vacation. Beach, food, entertainment all within short drives. Parking for 3 vehicles at the house, comfy beds, great kitchen and a pool for the kids with all the toys you need. Washer and dryer was a great thing to have for drying wet clothes and towels. A couple minor issues when we arrived, but they were quick to respond with remedies and all went well. Would recommend to anyone!”
