This is a perfect home for a family getaway! We will absolutely stay again when we are back in town.

Great stay! House was easy to get to and central to all the things we did! Backyard was perfect for active kids!

We had a great stay. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready for use. Basketball court was in great shape. Bedrooms were adequate and comfortable. We had 13 adult people and found the walk-thru bedroom did not have pocket doors. I thought I had seen them in the pictures, but that was not the case. With that many people we needed seven bedrooms and that one was useless to us. Maybe parents with children would use it. The location was really great. Not quite enough silverware for 13 people. Towels were plentiful for the pool. Each bathroom had two towels. Check out was super - just leave and they would do the rest. Would I rent it again - yes.

The house and property itself is fine. There were several things that we found that made our stay just mediocre. The house needs some TLC as doors were missing and curtains were used to hide those areas (not shown in photos). The playground is showing signs of aging and the kids avoided after getting a few splinters. The pool liner was starting to come off as well as the filter was not working properly (pool maintenance did come out and attempt to fix). The grass and weeds were overgrown in the backyard. In all the bedrooms, there wasn’t any dressers or luggage racks. A couple major things, were a lock missing to one of the attic entry doors in the playroom and the playroom itself being located at the top of a flight of stairs. However, The host was very responsive to issues we did bring up. The house can hold a lot of people but keep in mind there is only 1 fridge and 1 dishwasher and we found that for a larger amount of guests, the kitchen is quite small.

The house was top notch, never ending fun things to do! Highly recommend visiting if you have a lot of guests.

The home itself was fine. The pool was great. The location was very convenient to both Hendersonville and Asheville. Lots of options close by for eating and shopping. From the pictures, we thought we’d by in a more rural setting. Simply an incorrect assumption that we made. Despite being in a busier area, the backyard was very private and quiet. We enjoyed all of the backyard items: the pool, basketball, pickleball, fire pit , connect 4, etc. The hosts were the most responsive hosts we’ve ever. I’d highly recommend, especially if you have kids.

We had to add water to the Hot Tub but it was good once we did that.

They took my whole family in o one day notice we loved the house my grandkids absolutely enjoyed the game room the backyard with all the basketball court putt putt swings. It was awesome.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were thoughtfully provided. The host was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making check-in and communication effortless. The location was perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do. We truly felt at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this listing and would definitely stay here again!

The property worked out great for our annual Christmas family weekend. The kids love a hot tub and the extra towels were great. The basketball/pickleball was great fun. We appreciated the back being fenced in for everyone's safety and especially our best doggie, Gracie. The cinema room was also a big hit. The pool table got lots of use. My only suggestion would be more outdoor lightning both for safety and for extra use of the great backyard. We also looked for a broom but couldn't find one. We will consider a return trip. Great property! Great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Elliott's and Kylie's home. We used the kitchen a lot, including the grill, oven and stove, and we found every utensil we needed. There was also plenty of coffee options. The house was very clean and not cluttered. We also enjoyed the amenities, including the hot but, the games upstairs, and we played a lot of pickleball. The house was large, spacious and clean for seven adult guests. Overall, a wonderful stay at a great house.

This place in Arden is truly amazing! It felt like a private secluded getaway all while being on a main road! Elliott and Kylie are super responsive and answered any questions and messaged us to checked in throughout the stay! If there was a problem they were ready to send someone to fix it if we said the word! Definitely recommend this place for a group! Plenty of space to spread out and be together at the same time! There was plenty of utensils, plates, cups, blankets, and other amenities that you sometimes don’t get for a house that claims to fit 20 people! I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time. Was great for a really large group of people celebrating the important birthday. My favorite part of the outdoor set up was the fire pit although the Pickleball court got a lot of use

We had a fantastic stay at Elliot & Kylie’s place for my 40th! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our group. Everyone raved about how comfortable the mattresses were. The propane ran out on our first night and the dishwasher acted up during the trip, but the hosts were super responsive and had things addressed quickly, which gave us total peace of mind. Even though the home is on a busy road, you hardly notice inside. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Elliott and Kylie’s house. You can tell they put a lot of thought into providing guests with the best experience- pool towels near the door, tons of throw blankets, kitchen and grill utensils, etc. They were proactive in messaging me to make sure everything was up to par, which it was. I definitely recommend this house.

This place is a hidden gem in NC. We booked it last second and even thro it rained our whole stay we made the best of it and we are definitely going to re-book in the near future.
