We had a great stay. Home was clean, amenities were great, and Kelly’s communication was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience celebrating my mom's 70th birthday with close family in this beautiful home. There was so many different gathering spaces and things to do. No one was ever bored. We were able to all gather together and spread out as we wanted as well. It was a truly wonderful experience and the hosts were great and super communicative. Just a heads up if your family plans on occupying every room, those who are in the three additional bedrooms in the main house, are all sharing one bathroom. There are three other bathrooms but they are in different bedrooms so if every room is occupied, those early morning or late night bathroom breaks are shared between three bedrooms and one bathroom. Also the bedroom/bath on the first floor of the Casita is really tight, but there's a king bed in there which was nice. Those were the only 2 tiny drawbacks. Other than those, zero complaints. There were a lot of us and we made it work and we had a great time. Def coming back!

We had the absolute best time celebrating our daughter’s 17th birthday! The house had everything we needed to keep teenagers, younger children, and adults entertained throughout our entire stay. There were so many thoughtful amenities and activities for all ages that no one ever had a chance to get bored. Having everything available at the house allowed us to relax, spend quality time together, and make wonderful memories as a family. The hosts were extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful from beginning to end. Thank you for helping make our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would absolutely stay here again!ob

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. They even gave us an extra hour for checkout, which we really appreciated. The entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out, and it truly made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We would definitely love to stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

We hosted our family reunion here and we didn’t leave the house for two days because we were having such a great time and there was no need to really leave the house. Kellie was very responsive with answering any questions we had and it was super easy inconvenient to get to the house. I would highly recommend.

Kelly was very responsive while figuring out our stay but upon arrival we were a little shocked by how much nicer the photos looked compared to the reality. The property is by no means awful but not nearly as bright, clean, and kept up as the photos led us to believe. The guest house was not nearly as nice as photos made it seem- so much so that none of our guests wanted to stay out there. We were also shocked to see that neither bathroom in the main house had a door that shut or locked. We were on a multigenerational family vacation so this was very uncomfortable as there was no real privacy while in the bathroom. We reached out to the host about this. They were responsive and offered to send a handyman out. The doors were completely non functioning and it didn’t seem like it would be a quick fix so we did not have the handyman come out. The host said they would redo the doors after our stay. We also saw two giant roaches as well as ants in the hall bath. No hot water in the ADU.

We had a great time. The home is comfortable with everything you need. The proximity to the beach was just right.

Exactly what a weekend getaway should be. Kelly’s place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy, and the space felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Would absolutely stay again — highly recommend!

A beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood, this place was exactly what it was described as. I would 100% rebook this place again.

We had a great stay overall and the house worked really well for our large group. The ambiance is lovely and the layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together while still having enough space to spread out. It’s definitely a good option for groups looking to stay under one roof. A couple of small things that could be improved for future guests. The hot water heater seems a bit undersized for a home that accommodates 16+ people. We found that only about one or two showers could be taken before the water turned cold, so larger groups may need to plan around that. The house could have also been a little cleaner when we arrived, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a great property for large groups and with a few small improvements it could be an even better experience.

Very nice airbnb, had everything we needed for a group of guys. Enough beds and bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. Large kitchen and dining area for family dinners and gatherings. Any issues we had the host addressed immediately

Had a great stay. We had 7 couples plus kids. The house was more than big enough. Lots of activities to keep everyone occupied/having fun. Enjoyed the basketball court, the backyard area with putting green and turf, very nice to have a grill with full propane and a full dining room set up outside for meals by the pool. The host does make note of this in the description, but there is a mother-in-law suite (2 story) with 2 private rooms and private bathrooms. So inside the main house that leaves you with 2 full bathrooms for 5 bedrooms (11 beds). House and stay was great, plenty of supplies for cooking and eating. Really enjoyed and would stay again!

The house was perfectly set up and had more than enough accommodations for all 15 people we had staying there. The communication from the owners was always very fast. We loved it and will definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing ! We held 16 people for a weekend of seeing old friends and family. Kelly was very responsive and recommended great options for surrounding areas. Overall is was smooth sailing

Kelly was the best host ever! She was so responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, and we had the best time. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. Thank you so much, Kelly! I wish I could give more than five stars.

Kelly and her team were amazing! My original Airbnb reservation was canceled last-minute due to an error on the host’s end, and Kelly stepped in and was incredibly accommodating with my last-minute booking. The house itself was beautiful and very spacious — there was more than enough room for me and my guests, and we never felt crowded. The layout and size made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. One of the highlights was how well-equipped the home was. With guests of all ages, it was great to see that there were amenities for everyone — from kids to seniors to adults, everyone had something to enjoy in different parts of the house. The kitchen was also a standout — very modern, with a large island that made it perfect for preparing meals and gathering together. Overall, a wonderful stay and a host who truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Kelly and her team were fantastic. The house itself was exactly what we needed and what was described. She personally made sure we had all the information necessary in responding to any question we had before and during the trip. I would definitely recommend this house or any other properties hosted by Kelly two others!

We stay in Airbnbs pretty frequently. Believe Kelly has to be the most communicative host we’ve ever had. The house, with its separate mother-in-law suite, is super cute and looks just like the photos. So much to do for the kids!

Kelly was a great host, she was very helpful and attended to all our needs , she was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We enjoyed the home , but specifically the pool table. The home was beautiful with space for everyone.
