Great communication with the host. Location was great to get to all the best spots in Austin for our group.

The location was awesome and the house was able to house quite a few of us reasonably comfortably!

Loved the place. It’s right in the middle of the city and the eclectic decor was something the young people in my party loved. My expectations were exceeded. Can’t say enough. The managers of the property were eager to please and went above and beyond to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. This is a must see and must experience property.

The house was nice and worked well for our group. It’s advertised as having more beds than it can comfortably sleep, but we were able to make it work with an air mattress for the pull-out. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and communication was a little delayed when we had a question about the Wi-Fi, but overall, it was still a great stay and we enjoyed our time there.

We chose this condo based on location, proximity to our engagements, and the number of bedrooms.. and in those regards, the ‘clubhouse’ was a solid choice. Our group was very comfortable sharing the space, the location was perfect for us, and we really enjoyed being within walking distance of so many great places for food, drinks, and music. That said, there were a few disappointments during our 3 night stay. We paid a $50 fee to check in 30min early but upon arrival the door code didn’t work and our group waited 30min in the yard for the issue to be resolved. The patio furniture was dirty. The $50 fee was later refunded, but our extra time to get ready for the event that we’d planned our schedule around was lost. Wi-fi was unstable for zoom mtgs when multiple people were logged on. We also had shower issues as mentioned in other reviews - seems like the water pressure only supports one shower at a time. All things considered, it wasn’t bad.. but for the $, also not the greatest.

Really enjoyed our stay, perfect for a group ! Great location

While the space was big enough for our group, we were greeted by flies in the kitchen upon check-in as well as an uncleaned coffee pot from previous tenants. Beds were actually very comfortable but the group was dealing with inconsistent shower water pressure and temperature, sometimes having to take cold showers when only one was in use at a time mostly. Overall the stay was enjoyable but for the price we paid, we were expecting to have fewer issues without being gaslit and told problems were fixed when they clearly were not.

Great place for a large group of adults! The space was well furnished for hanging out in and well located for going to the nightlife of Austin. The managers are very easy to communicate with and reasonable in their requests. The place was clean and private. Very easy to spend a weekend with friends! Highly recommend

We picked this house for the location and fit well for the 9 of us. While you could clearly tell this was a well used house, we truly enjoyed the amenities inside and on the patio. We also took advantage of being able to walk to Rainey, Lady Bird and E 6th street. Very convenient!

Great house that fit a group of 12 comfortably. We had a lot of fun and especially enjoyed some late nights outside in the yard area.

Had my bachelor party there. Overall the place is a great stay in an amazing location. Just to note - one of the bedrooms is in an ADU right next to the main house, and the pool table is located in there as well so a bit isolated.

Austin - East Cesar Chavez We went on this trip from Baltimore to Austin for a family members bachelor party. The house was great. It accommodated all of our needs. The best part is the prime location to Rainey Street & 6th Street. If you are looking for the ultimate get away with adult friends and family, this is the spot you want to stay at.

We had a great time at Urban Stay - we were in Austin for a work trip and it was the perfect spot for us; enough space for all of the coworkers / close to Rainey Street and downtown; and the aesthetics of the place were fun and upbeat as well. Highly recommend!!

Wrong dates were booked. I accidentally booked a same day, when we were planning to have customers and business acquaintances join us post conference in two weeks time, Urban Stay was unwilling to push the reservation until November 9th, even though the date was available. Boiling it down: My fault & User error to book the date which I did; yet Urban Stay's unwillingness to work with a customer to rectify a mistake and change the date, shows that their strictly about profit, giving less attention to user experience and hospitality. The biggest burn is I actually live in the neighborhood.

We were in town for a work conference and felt that this house accommodated our group well. We all had plenty of space and the house was equipped with everything we needed. I brought up a couple issues to the host after checking in and they responded extremely fast and were quickly able to get the issues taken care of. Great location and a 5 minute uber to downtown! We would stay here again!

This spot is a hidden gem. The vibes were unmatched — urban, cool, and full of character, and somehow even better than the pictures. Our family loved every minute here. They even got us in late and last minute. My family was stranded after a horrible encounter with another air bnb.\n\nThe hosts were awesome and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We already plan to book again — we even tried to stay longer but it was already taken. Highly recommend if you want great energy and an unforgettable stay.

An amazing and cute venue that makes your stay worth the while. Great for trips/outings with family and or friends. It is spacious with a good amount of communal space alongside with rooms that are able to give you privacy. The atmosphere is cute and vibey.

Everything you'd want in a host - communicative and flexible. The house was perfect for our stay and fit 11 guys very comfortably. Would highly recommend for a large group.

Got the boys together for a boys trip. The place was everything we asked for, it was cool, spacious, had plenty of areas for activities, dope amenities. We came to do things in Austin but ended up spending more time at the house because it was so cool! Looking forward to coming back!

The home and its location were great. It had ample bedding for my family and friends. No one slept in garage area because of the lack of a bathroom. All other areas of the home were utilized. It is a beautiful home and very clean. We weren't at the home often due to the reason for our visit; but, I would definitely stay again if I had a larger party. They provided ample towels, great amenities (game room, TVs, outside seating, kitchen and dining spaces, etc), and overall an awesome space. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. They have other properties in the same area if you are hosting a family event like we did. Our other family members were about 2 blocks away. It made it very convenient to meet up and car pool when needed. That property was awesome as well. Thanks for making a heartbreaking trip less stressful.

Listen… in the “Big Weird,” the vibe better be vibing — and this place said don’t worry sis, I got you. The house passed the vibe check with extra credit. It felt like an Urban Oasis: plenty of seating, cute décor, and all the household basics so you’re not out here improvising like you’re on “Survivor: Airbnb Edition.” The hosts were responsive, quick, and honestly deserve a gold star. And location? Baby… you’re less than a 1-mile walk from bars and restaurants. Perfect for that “I’m only having one drink” lie we all tell before ending up ordering wings at midnight. Only tiny note: throw in a few more face towels and this stay would’ve been chef’s kiss perfection. Other than that, I loved it and would definitely book again.

Location was really great. It took us a bit to figure out the check-in process. Once getting in touch with host it was much better. The back yard could have been raked BUT we made it a fun time rustling through all the leaves from the gorgeous pecan trees that had huge pecans. The home had pool table and an arcade game with easy-to-use Wi-Fi if needed. All in all, it was a great place, and I would stay there again.

There were several issues - one of the bedrooms smelled like chemicals and must, we were unable to use it. The showers had no water pressure, only able to use 1. And the water was cold. The team failed to continue to address the issues throughout the stay. Don’t go here don’t use them
