Perfect Location You are not going to get a better location than this. The view is magnificent. The area is peaceful. Only 10-15 drive to local restaurants. Very nice house. The only small criticism is that some of the furniture could do with replacing (sofa stained and leather on chair ripped. But beyond that, Amazing!
Wonderful ocean views We enjoyed our time at Just One Look. The house was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. It was well designed and beautifully decorated. The walk-in shower was also wonderful. The views were just spectacular from the main level. The "den" was also a very lovely touch. It was a nice area to have a little separation with some fabulous views but still be close to the action in the kitchen and living room. The only complaint is that the description of the house said the den had a sleeper sofa and it was actually a regular couch. That impacted the sleeping arrangements for some of our guests which was a little frustrating. Overall, it was a very lovely house.
House was soooo CLEAN! The house was CLEAN!!! Kudos to the crew, even smelled clean!!!! AND the windows were clean...a major feat for the Outer Banks. WOW! A maintenance man came 2x to replace the filters and vac out the big vents. As our family 'ages', we need bit more space and finding an ocean front with a pool that isn't gigantic or in a crowded place was difficult in your selection. We have enjoyed this house for 5+ years and would recmd it. We have rented from Resort Realty for 10-+ years and would do so again if the opportunity arises.
GREAT The housekeeping was GREAT! We have been coming to this house for many years, and it was the cleanest it's ever been. When you walked in it smelled so clean. We were very pleased!
