Very Good We enjoyed our stay at Just Beachy. The owners might want to think about putting an additional handrail on the other wall going up from downstairs to the top floor to help make it easier for older people to climb the stairs,<br /> especially near the top. It is a very nice house.
Better than expected! Just Beachy is as close to the beach as you can get without paying the price for an oceanfront rental. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining area offered adequate seating for our group. One of the reasons for a "very good" not "excellent"rating was the extremely dirty handrail handrail along the outside stairway. The cleaning service didn't make any attempt to remove the grime. The trash cans were overflowing at check-in and pick-up was two days away. There was no reason to contact the realtor during the stay but all communication prior to our arrival was professional and very friendly. This is a home we would stay in again.
Seahorse Stay Great house, steps from the beach. Outdoor shower was warm and well equipped. There was a full kitchen where it was easy to prepare meals. The deck gave a nice view of the ocean. The location was quiet and convenient. Would stay again.
Location location location Seahorse has the perfect location. We love that everyone in our party can come and go to the beach. I personally vacation in OBX to be on the beach so spend my whole day there but can get back to house for snacks and water easily.
