great beach house enjoyed the beach house a lot it was well stocked everything worked well had no issues everything was clean, the porches and deck had good views of the ocean, quiet neighborhood only 7 minutes to nags head was very surprised. close to the beach only a very short walk and no roads or traffic to deal with we had two very good weeks, and will hopefully be staying again soon

Fantastic view, clean house One of the cleanest and nicest houses we have stayed in in the many years we have been coming to the OBX. Quiet street, great view from both decks and loved the spacious outdoor shower. All the amenities needed in the fully stocked kitchen and appreciated the linen service (bed sheets, blankets and towels). If we come back next year, we will definitely look into the availability of Ocean Breeze.

Great as always Always a great time at Ocean Breeze. Weather does not always cooperate. Great trip looking forward to next year.

Best vacation ever Ocean Breeze was the perfect beach house. Clean, beds made. All we needed was to bring our clothes and beach gear. Plenty of room for all 9 of us. Kids loved the bunk room. Special thanks to manager Shantel for helping us carry our luggage up stairs. All staff we had contact with was great. Very short walk to the beach. The only thing I would say is bring extra towels. We are going to come back next year.

Great Private Location This house is on a private street. No cars parking for beach access only as we've run in to on OBX in the past. It's a nice roomy house. Good size kitchen. Love the two decks, although they were sparsely furnished. Great view of the water from both. Parking for four cars. We loved our stay.

Very Good Ocean Breeze was one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in during our many visits to the Outer Banks. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house and Resort Realty to anyone planning a trip to the beach. The layout of each bedroom having a bathroom was great. Our only feedback is that the mattresses on the larger beds have seen their best days. The couples sleeping in those beds noted that two adults rolled to the middle. It might be time to change them. This, however, is a minor complaint, in an otherwise wonderful family week at the beach.

Excellent I enjoyed staying at ocean breeze. It was better than anticipated. Another plus for me it was next door to the cottage my family stayed in many years ago. It brought back great memories. And I look forward to making more.

Awesome cottage 15 years of going to the same cottage. Everything we need is there or available. Quite street, great neighborhood.

Great! This is a great house! So convenient to beach, nicely decorated & a big plus-each bedroom has private bath. This was our 3rd year at Ocean Breeze❤️

Repeat visitor We really love this home and it's the second summer we have stayed here. You cannot beat the convenience to the beach. It's such a short walk, especially if you're bringing small children.

AWESOME!! This home is awesome!! This was our 2nd stay here, close proximity to beach, quiet area, and beautiful home. Love the floor plan and each bedroom has an individual bath. Well stocked kitchen too!! We are planning to return here next September❤️

Great House Been renting with resort realty for 25+ years and we have always rented family budget friendly homes- but well stocked homes. Ocean Breeze is one of the few homes that we could actually see really living in-it has been very well stocked and designed by the owner. Lovely bedrooms and a great design. Seriously one of the best or perhaps the best home we have ever rented.

Comfy Home Well decorated home, well stocked kitchen. Loved the individual bathrooms for each bedroom. Great location! After 17 years in Nags Head, this was one of our favorite homes!

Excellent Beautiful home close to the beach. 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom is quite convenient and spacious for friends and family. Outdoor shower is great for cleaning off from the beach.

Excellent Our family loves staying at 6344 Ocean Breeze....very clean. kitchen is well-supplied, and the house is bright and cheerful! We have already made our reservation for 2020

Great 4th week Ideal location, house is very close to the water on a quiet private street. House was very clean and well equipped, decks have wonderful view of the water and beach. Bedrooms all have private baths and was perfect for our group.
