Beach Trip The house was great! The top deck was perfect for a day after the beach!

Wonderful week Just a few minute walk from the beach with a great deck to enjoy the views of the beach and ocean from. We had a great week. The master and living space on the top floor and 3 bedrooms and bath on the second floor worked great for our party of 9. Well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor shower was perfect! The living room furniture was only moderately comfortable, but we were there to enjoy the ocean, not sit around all day. Wonderful week!

Wonderful Beach House Tidal Song was a wonderful house. It was very clean and the location was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely return!

8/3/2019 Beach REntal Great experience with Resort Realty. Friendly staff and check in/check out was so easy. Tidal Song was in a great location of South Nags Head, away from the crowds but near several 4x4 ramps and Hatteras Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. I was expecting to walk out of the back of the property to the beach but was disappointed to find a brush fence blocking access which resulted in a longer walk to the beach. The photos did not show the brush fence. Spacious house was plenty of room for our family.

More than I expected! This was an amazing experience. The home was more than expected, more than what was listed. What an amazing time, many memories made. Everything we needed and more was stocked at the house, Clean, inviting, open and relaxing. Bring nothing but your clothes. We will be back!

Clean & Comfortable We have been coming to the Outer Banks every summer for years. This is by far the cleanest house we have ever stayed in! The housekeeping was excellent, from the refrigerator to the beds. It is so nice to "come home" to a beautifully cleaned house. Now, I'm just sorry that I packed so many extra cleaning supplies! Thanks very much!

Tidal Song We rented this cottage in 2012 and decided to do so again since the majority of the oceanfront homes that were storm damaged had been removed. It is now second row, and being relatively close to the ocean, offers good views, nice breezes, and the wonderful sound of crashing waves. The cottage was well furnished with everything we needed, including items that were used on the beach such as a shelter and chairs. It has a good selection of VHS and DVD movies. Some of the deck furniture needs to be repaired, but is still serviceable. We really liked the check-in/check-out procedures, as well as the keyless entry system. The Outer Banks Fishing Pier is a short distance away and offers a great restaurant and fishing location. The Boddie Island Lighthouse is also a short distance away. The only real glitch was the toaster that seemed to work off and on. Overall, our stay was very relaxing in a quiet, family-oriented area.
