Wonderful house!! Loved the house!!! Kitchen was beautiful had everything you could ever need!! Perfect house I would definitely rent again!!

Very Good House was beautiful even more than we expected. Everything you could need and more was provided. Beds were comfortable and love each room has a king and its own bath. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place!!

Excellent This rental was in an excellent location, maybe 50 feet from the beach. Very easy to access. It came with a lot of extras in which my family enjoyed such as cornhole, the wagon to haul our chairs ect. . The house was beautifully decorated, we had a small issue with cleaning in which the property manager addressed quickly and had people over that day to clean items. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may need to cook with, crockpot, waffle maker large trays. It is a short distance from the grocery store, shopping and other sites. You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay at Barker’s Jewel was amazing. The home is fully stocked, beautifully updated and the location was perfect. The decor and the baby blue kitchen really gave it the beach house feel. We highly recommend this home and will be choosing it again in the future.

Exceptional Property Barker's Jewel was tastefully decorated, very clean, and bright. The kitchen and bathrooms looked recently renovated with updated appliances, beautiful counter tops, and oversized showers. I spent every morning on the back deck in the Adirondack chair drinking my coffee and reading a book. We spent our nights on the front upper deck listening to the waves and star gazing. And if the weather is bad or you just want to get out of the sun, you can escape to the 1st level deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pans, dishes, and gadgets you need. We loved having the extra refrigerator outside and the Blackstone Griddle was a plus! We never used the hot tub, but it's covered so that you could use it even if it was raining. The extra den was great when we wanted to watch different things on the television. I highly recommend Barker's Jewel.

Very Good We really enjoyed this house and loved the layout! Upstairs we could separate teens and adults and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but there were no crackers or picks for cracking crabs which was difficult. I’ll always pack my own from now on. Many homes come with a basic supply of pantry items: salt, pepper, old bay, garlic, oil, etc. and this one is completely bare. Have your TP and soap ready when you arrive and bring a beach buggy/cart for hauling chairs,etc. to the beach. Access is not straight across- you walk to the end of the block and up so a cart is helpful. I would recommend this home to others. I really liked the way it was decorated.

Just Steps to Paradise This home accommodated our group of 8 very well. There were 4 adult couples who all enjoyed their own space in the house. You walk in on the lower level where the laundry room and all 4 bedrooms are with a bath in the hallway. Each room decorated so beautifully and the master bathroom shower was spacious with the rain shower head and separate sprayer, which we loved. The upper level has the LR, another bath w/shower, very convenient & a den. This house would not disappoint. Just steps to the ocean w/o crossing a street. The deck was wonderful for watching the fireworks on the 4th of July. The hot tub was a winner on the only rainy afternoon we had. Very clean & comes with chlorine for the water. Nice touch. If you already have this home booked, you won't be disappointed. If you're thinking about it. BOOK IT! before your slot gets taken. Resort Realty was very easy to do business with and very friendly staff.

Excellent We have been vacationing at the OBX for over 25 years and Barker's Jewel is by far the nicest cottage we have stayed in . The layout and spaciousness fit our family very well . We will be back next summer .We have already reserved it for 2023 .Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

AMAZING! Absolutely loved this place. For the years we have been coming to the OBX…this is the first house we want to return to! All the pictures are accurate. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of elbow room. Nice walk to the beach. Hot tub was awesome and the area was so cute with the lights. Master bathroom shower was the best. I hope we get a spot on the calendar for 2022! We love South Nags Head and this home and can’t wait to return.

Great Vacation Home with views of the ocean from your balcony. Plenty of room for everyone. Very nicely decorated. Oven Mitts would be a help in the kitchen.

Barker's Jewel Experience Our family stayed at Barker’s Jewel last week and it was amazing! The home was perfect for us and met all of our expectations! It was a very short and easy walk to the beach. The house was very clean and beautifully laid out along with having all of the essentials we needed to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, great location - we will be back! We have been coming to OBX for many years and this is one of the best homes we have rented! It is beautifully updated/remodeled and has a great floorplan. It looks even better than the photos. We love the super open/airy high-ceiling great room that comprises the top floor. Great use of space. Huge dining table, huge kitchen counter, great deck with view of ocean - perfect! Well stocked kitchen and SUPER HUGE washer/dryer, Very close to a beautiful, wide beach. This is a great place to stay!!

Wonderful Home In A Great Location This is a wonderful home in a great location. This home fits our family perfectly, and we enjoy the quiet in South Nags Head but with the ability to go into town when we need. We will be back!
