Beech nut Great beach house. We enjoyed our stay. I have been coming to the outer banks for over 30 years. Great amenitie. There were only 2 of us so we had plenty of room. I loved not having to bring linens, towels and bedding. We would definitely like to come back to this house.

Excellent Family Vacation This was the perfect spot for our family of four. We all had our own rooms with beautiful gathering spaces in the house, on the decks, and by the hot tub. Beech Nut had everything we wanted and more with close proximity to the beach, storage area, outside shower and bathroom, viewing decks, and more. We hope to have many more family vacations to this spot!

Fit for families Pros- beautiful oceanfront deck! King beds in 3 bedrooms and a great "kids" room with bunk beds was great! Updated bathrooms. Lots of wine glasses! Nice screened in porch. Cons- laundry room isn't inside the house. Outside shower doesn't work. Dishwasher works but bottom tray comes out wobbly. Kitchen could use some measuring cups/spoons. Outdoor grill was filthy.

This is THE HOUSE! Trust me. Beech Nut is a beautiful, relaxing home with spectacular views and a true oceanfront location. The brand-new decks were a highlight, and we enjoyed lunch on the screened-in patio multiple times. The showers are also updated, and the entire house was spotless, no easy feat for a beachfront property! The kitchen was well-stocked and organized without feeling cluttered. The stars at night were breathtaking. We saw dolphins every day, and deer out front in the morning. While we encountered a few small hiccups, the dryer stopped working (they are replacing it), the coffee pot had small cracks, and we managed to lock ourselves out a couple of times—the team at Resort Realty responded immediately. Their maintenance technician, Joe, was incredibly kind and genuine, arriving quickly to resolve every issue. Additionally, Lisa at Resort Realty was exceptionally compassionate; after I was hospitalized due to a medical emergency, she arranged for us to stay extra days since the following week wasn't booked (I ended up not feeling well enough to stay but I wish we could have). Their top-notch service is exactly why we continue to rent through them so often. This wasn't the largest home we’ve stayed in, but it was probably my favorite. With its charm, views, upgrades and the stellar management we plan to rent here again. Notes for Guests with Mobility Concerns: • Layout: The living space is all one level with no interior stairs. However, there are stairs required to enter the home. • Laundry & Amenities: The laundry room is located underneath the house near the parking area. • Outdoor Facilities: There is an outdoor shower and bathroom, which is very convenient for those using the hot tub or beach, as it saves you from running up and down the entry stairs. • Beach Access: Please note that the walk down to the beach is quite steep. • The Showers: are spacious and easy to get in and out of (no high step), and has a handheld shower head option.

We love the Beach Nut home! This home is perfect for my family. It’s typically quiet and peaceful with wonderful views.

Very Good A very good house to stay in. It had a homey comfortable feeling and was right on the ocean. Our little dog was very satisfied there which is also a big plus for us. We had a very relaxing time and will definitely be staying again.

Good Home! View from the window was great! The keyless entry was nice. Like that towels and linens were included.

Amazing Home!! This home had everything you could possibly need for a vacation!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Beech Nut Great house , great location ,great layout for family vacation , easy access & very cozy .maybe updates on bathrooms other than that it was perfect for our family vacation. Definitely will suggest to friends & will rebook .Thank You oh keyless entry would be a plus also
