Red Snapper Inn This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. Everyone from the age of 11 months to 76 years old enjoyed the house with its location and many positive amenities. We had enough space for our 4 littles under the age of 3 to play while our teenagers/adults enjoyed the pool table. We will definitely book this home again.<br /> <br /> A concern we had was some of the spindles on the deck/walkway were broken/unattached. My husband tied them together so our small kids would not fall through.

DFK Family Year #33 @ OBX Unit #6100: We appreciate the upgrades to the boardwalk the last few years; home was clean upon arrival (an improvement over last year); some of the bathroom towel racks need secure base and rod attachment; the grout in the kitchen floor needs some mildew treatment; overall a very comfortable home for our 4-generation family. We already have our 2027 reservation at this home.

Beautiful house This house has everything and near new condition. The only issue are the beds. I and about half our crew complained that they were extraordinarily uncomfortable

Great Rental ! Red Snapper is the nicest home our family has rented in 45 years of Outer Banks vacations. Large enough to fit 8 adults and 10 children ranging in age from two to sixteen. Everything worked, the accommodations were top notch, and the home was decorated with care and very good taste. The huge kitchen made meals a pleasure, the pool was perfect, and the boardwalk to the beach was truly special. OBX Rentals can be pricey, but this home, this location, and the many amenities made Red Snapper well worth it. Resorts Realty was a pleasure to deal with, providing timely reminders and updates. Thanks to all involved for helping to make our family holiday special!

Red snapper inn The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen accessories. We had a couple of issues and resort realty was there so quickly to fix the them.

Very Good The new walkway to the beach was great and enjoyed the furnishing upgrades! The only issue was the mattresses in the pyramid bunk room downstairs. They were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. One of guests bought an air mattress in order to sleep. Overall we enjoyed the house very much and had a great vacation. Thanks!

First time rental with the Red Snapper Inn My family and I have been renting in the S. Nags head area for over a decade and we all came to the conclusion that this is the first house we wanted to pre-reserve for our trip next year. One of the cleanest houses upon entry with a layout that worked perfectly for our large extended family. The only issue we had was bath tub drainage in two bedrooms, that were stacked 1-2 floor, that would drain very very slow. Other than that this was a great house that created a lot of memories for our family.

Another wonderful stay! Just a few minor issues (some TV remotes didn't have batteries, lights without bulbs), but we love this house. We'd love it if the pool could be heated. If it had an elevator, we'd never consider another house. We love the layout and location.

Excellent Dealing with Resort Realty was great. Will use them in the future. The house was wonderful!! No problems at all. We all really enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful home.

Beautiful Home This is our second year in this lovely home and our experience was improved over last year. The home is spacious and &ldquo;fits&rdquo; our group of adult couples and children. Enough room for &ldquo;me&rdquo; time and group activities. The kitchen is well equipped&hellip; a priority for cooking for 20. Even the beach reclamation project was not intrusive although in front of the home. We did not need more than one call to maintenance early in the week. It truly is a great home for a large group.

Beautiful Vacation Home The Red Snapper Inn is a beautiful vacation home! Very spacious! We had our family reunion there with 22 people and never felt like we were on top of each other. Loved the decks and deck furniture. The pool is a decent size and our kids loved it! The bedrooms were clean and spacious as well. Overall, a very enjoyable vacation experience!

Good Home is at a great location to have lower population density on the beach, more than adequate kitchen equipment, spacious rooms; a very comfortable home and surroundings. We did have some maintenance issues that were reported separately.

Red Snapper Inn Beautiful home, with tons of space for a large family that were rained in the entire week. The house literally saved us. Large kitchen, cozy fire place, basement for the kids and the hot tub kept us entertained. I&rsquo;ve never been in a rental that was decorated so nicely.

Wonderful Vacation Spot Our family comes every year to the Outer Banks. This by far the best place we&rsquo;ve ever stayed.

Excellent Perfect location and perfect amenities and space to hold 7 families coming together. House had everything we needed. Pool and beach were amazing. Had the feel of a private beach. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was convenient for all. Would definitely recommend for a large family gathering.

Our new favorite! This house was perfect for our family! Well maintained and laid out perfectly. Our only suggestion would be for the addition of a garbage disposal. Housekeeping and maintenance were wonderful.

VERY BEST Thanksgiving ever My family had the VERY BEST Thanksgiving ever and we have been coming to OBX on even years since 1990. What a marvelous time!!! I love the layout of the house (although I am getting a little old for all the steps, tee-hee). We used the hot tub a lot. This is the 1st time we had a company that monitored the hot tub during the week at Thanksgiving. Thank you!!!!!!
