The Essence of OBX This was, hands down, our favorite of any beach house we've ever rented. The view from the living room and deck are amazing and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The ease of going back and forth between the beach and house eliminated the hassle of needing to haul so much gear with us each time. Check in and out were simple. The house is in good condition and fairly well appointed. When we contacted Resort Realty about a couple of kitchen items we needed they delivered them the same day! The hot tub is a nice touch, especially at the end of the day. We booked again for next year before we checked out.
Wonderful Stay Despite the Rain We had a wonderful stay, even considering we had quite a bit of rain during our trip. The house was very clean and had easy access to the beach, which made everything so convenient. We loved the large windows with the beautiful ocean view, and it was such a treat to see dolphins every day. The deck was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and spend time together. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Suite. It was clean and tidy and mere steps to the beach. On the days with rain we enjoyed the excellent restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend the Sea Suite to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing time.
Our stay We had a family of seven, and this house was PERFECT for our stay. Everything was exactly as the site stated it would be. Some of the best features were - proximity to the beach - layout of the house - view from the top floor - hot tub deck was a great outside option out of the sun - everything was kept extremely clean The only complaint I have is that the grill was unusable. We love grilling, and we tried, but it was rusted and falling apart. Replace that, and we're in perfect shape. Don't miss this one!

Perfect Spring Break Our family of four just finished our spring break trip here and it was the best. The Nags Head location was perfect and our ability to rent beach gear straight from Resort Realty and have it delivered was very convenient. The location right off the shore allowed for easy access and walking!
