Great house! Easy beach access and close enough but far enough away from restaurants and shops to be just right.

We had a wonderful week at Seaquench! We were able to check in for a small fee at 1pm, which extended our vacation almost another full day. The house was well equipped and everyone had plenty of space. The beach was a short walk right over the dune, and felt very private and serene. It's a great part of the island where you're away from it all, but still just a short drive from everything. Lisa at the office was exceptional and helped me through a couple small hiccups. The owners communicated well through Lisa, and were kind and accommodating. We can't wait to stay, again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We’ve been visiting the Outer Banks as a family for over 20 years and this was by far the best property we’ve ever stayed on. I tend to prefer ocean front houses but this one was even better! We had views of the beach and the most beautiful little path to get there. It was lovely in every way! Everyone I spoke to was kind, considerate and easy to communicate with. The property manager was particularly kind and helpful!

Excellent We stayed in this same house 3 years ago when our son got married on the beach and were extremely happy when it was available the exact week we needed this summer. I love how it is fully equipped with pretty much everything you need inside and things to take to the beach like chairs and the grills are an added addition as well as the wonderful multiple fully furnished decks. We love that it is in a cul de sac and such easy access to the beach. We love everything about the location too.

Excellent The kitchen has everything you will need to cook for a family for a week. Every light switch in the house is labeled so that you know which light goes to which switch, which makes it easy when you have little ones in the house who are afraid of the dark. The owners have graciously made a list of everything you need to know and posted it on the fridge. This is very helpful with little ones in the house also. The neighborhood has locals who live there who are very nice.

Great place Enjoyed our week at Sea Quench very much! Well maintained home with access to beautiful section of beach. Numerous decks for enjoying ocean views and sea breezes. Perfect setup for our family (6 adults, 4 kids).

Great Place Great place for a family. Very close to the beach and a great location. Quiet area but still close to everything you may need. I highly recommend this home!!

Excellent I had a wonderful time! I had my family over the weekend and the rest of the week to myself. It is a great house and had everything I needed. Close to the beach . Loved the quiet location. Would stay again!

Sea Quench 6060 Lovely decorated home - great location to beach, short walk, favorite thing about cottage is the decks for sitting, swinging and relaxing out of sun with breeze and ocean sounds!! Only negative is kitchen - way too small - and need more cabinets for storage :) Would return for sure!

Excellent Had a great time. House was perfect. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Place was immaculate. Balconies were great. I'd recommend it but I don't want it to get booked the week I'm going next year.
