Excellent We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. The pool was great. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Ocean views from the top deck. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay in Nags Head! This house was perfect for our family of 5. You can tell the new owners have done a lot of work to update the kitchen and bathrooms, and give the house a more modern feel without taking away the home’s charm - and the new pool was a hit! It’s a short walk to a gorgeous stretch of beach in South Nags Head (get your legs in good shape for the walk over the dunes!) and we lucked out that our stay was after the 2026 nourishment project was complete. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, TVs, and games for the whole family. The washing machine needed repair during our stay and the management company wasn’t able to fix it before we left so that was a bummer, but that was the only issue we had and it didn’t take away from an otherwise marvelous stay! We will be back!

Very good Overall our stay was very good. We really enjoyed the pool and how close we were to the beach. I did have to call several times. One was to get a broom which I was shocked that every house didn't have one with sand that you track into it. I also had to call because the bathroom upstairs had some kind of rust/brown drips on the wall. I'm not sure why the cleaning person didn't see when cleaning before we got to the house.

What a great week We thought that the house was beautiful. It was great for our small group. The kids loved the ping pong table and the pool. The decorations were beautiful as well. Only issue wasn’t with the house it was the dune to climb to the beach ( hard on the older ones)

The house is decorated very nicely and is in a beautiful and quiet location that affords ocean views from the decks. Access to the beach is an easy stroll across the road. A wide sidewalk spans the main road that can be used for walking or bicycling. There is a restaurant/bar that sits out on a pier less than a mile down the road from the house. There is easy access to Manteo- just across the bridge- and lots to do in this quaint little town- exploring shops and restaurants downtown and a beautiful botanical garden a short drive from downtown. The three bedrooms are all comfortable and easily accommodated 2 couples, with room to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and happy hours during our stay. This area of southern Nags Head is tucked away from some of the hustle and bustle of the other beach communities on the Outer Banks and was a perfect get away! Highly recommend.
