Very Good Sunny Delight is a thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable beach cottage. And it was clean! The ocean views were terrific for not being an oceanfront home. I would rent it again!

Great place to stay in Nags Head! We loved our time here. The dune is high to cross but totally doable! You can see the ocean from the top floor, so while it is not “ocean front” technically it is right there!

Perfect location and great house for a vacation! The four bedrooms were comfortable and easy to reach in the first floor where both bathrooms are. Upstairs living area quite nice and comfortable. Only wish there was a toilet upstairs too , but it was a great house and location! Good view from upper deck too!

Quick response at all engagements! Staying in Sunny Delight we were steps away from the beach which allowed us to take nightly walks with our family. Not sure who liked it best- the kids or the dogs! Thank you for Pet Friendly rentals!

Excellent Sunny Delight is a comfortable and updated home. The kitchen is well stocked, outdoor shower appears to be new and it was very clean and well maintained. The ocean view from the top deck is amazing!

Very Good House was clean and everything worked well. A few ants in the kitchen. Figuring out TV is difficult to get local channels. Maybe a cheat sheet for that. Easy access to Ocean was great.

Best week ever! We had a great week staying in the Sunny Delight house. We couldn’t have asked for better weather! The beach was perfect and the house is beautiful. Love the new bathrooms!

Wonderful week at the Beach! We had a wonderful week at the beach with our entire family…..Sunny Delight was a perfect house right by the water with spectacular views. The owners have decorated it so nicely and comfortably and we were so pleased with our entire experience. Resort Realty makes the check in and out easy and were great to work with to rent it again for next year! Thank you to the owners and Resort Realty.

Great location! My family enjoyed our time at this rental. The location is great for easy access to and from the beach. The decor is nice and cheery and in good condition except for maybe the couch. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were all comfortable as well. Bathrooms were nicely updated. The en suite bathroom could use some more hooks or a towel rack as well as a shelf or something for more storage of toiletries. These are all minor things and we are looking forward to returning to this house next year to make more memories!

Sunny Delight is a gem We love this cottage. The location is everything. We love being in the quieter area of south nags head. We also have made friends on our street who come back the same week every year. The cottage had been updated this year, and it was beautiful. Love to sit on the deck and see, hear, and smell the ocean. Thanks to the owners for sharing their little piece of heaven.

Sunny Delight is a Delight! This is my second year at Sunny Delight and it lives up to its name. Excellent location. The beach is beautiful and clean, not crowded at all. The newly remodeled bathrooms are lovely. And the kitchen backsplash was added since last year and adds a polished touch. The outdoor shower is definitely a plus.

Ron Liked the cottage overall, wished that the carpeting and the furniture was updated as they are showing signs of age . the amenities are great including the decks, liked the remodeled bathrooms, good improvement on those from last stay

Sunny Delight is Amazing This was our 4th year at Sunny Delight. It now feels like “our place,” and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The cottage is cozy and wonderful. The view is amazing, and you are steps from the beach.

Perfect Location Sunny Delight is in the perfect location. Close enough to “town” but far enough away to be the perfect relaxation getaway. The house had great kitchen items, was clean and spacious. Bedrooms were perfect and nicely appointed. But the best was the deck with a perfect view of the water. Would highly recommend this spot. And the outdoor shower was a great amenity.

Sunny Delight is Delightful My family loves this cottage. It is comfortable and cozy and so close to the beach. The top deck is our favorite spot to watch the ocean while the little ones play.

Sunny Delight of a Vacation House What a beautiful and relaxing beach house! A perfect place to bring the dogs! Lovely views of the ocean! Great walking or biking path near by! Love South Nags Head.

Sunny Delight indeed! We have been fortunate to stay at Sunny Delight twice now and have enjoyed our stay both times. It is located on a quiet side street in a quiet neighbohood of S. Nags Head. Easily walk the beach( or use the bike trail) down to Fish Heads Bar and Grill on the Pier. Its the second house(approx 40 steps) from the beach. The beach section never gets crowded. No need to " reserve a spot"! Unobstructed views of the sunrise, ocean and dolphins from the top and bottom deck. Decks are in new and in great shape. So close to the beach that we enjoyed listening to the waves crash from the bedroom windows. The house had ample room for my family of 7 to spread out, have privacy, and be comfortable and could have fit friends easily as well. Tvs in all the bedrooms, much to the delight of our kids! Kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook at home.( although you are close to so many fabulous restaurants, who would want to cook!) New washer and dryer make keeping up on laundry easy. Linens and bath towels included. Hot tub and private outdoor shower add to the extra touches that the home offers to make your stay even more enjoyable. Cant wait to go back!
