We had a wonderful time at this house! The kids absolutely loved all the theme rooms and the location was central to a lot of fun and entertaining activities.

Great, clean, convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Orlando or the surrounding areas!

Beautiful house and great communication. Bathrooms were dirty with hair on toiles and in shower and dirty stained bedding. Water temperature took a long time to heat up and lasted only a short time. Was told quiet hrs were at a certain time and had neighbors blasting music at 1am and the rest of the weekend. Other than that we were barely at the house but had a good stay.

It was a good stay but not amazing. The thermostat was locked so we could not adjust it and certain areas of the house would get quite hot. In order to use the hot tub there was a separate fee, and the outside fans did not work. The initial entry code given to us was incorrect, along with the gps taking us to a locked gate instead of main gate. Even with that it was a good stay and the hosts were extremely responsive and professional.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed. We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

While the house and rooms were cool and house was clean the AC was a huge issue. We were told at booking it was “recommended to keep the ac 70 or above” when we got there the thermostats was locked so that you could raise the temperature not lower it. The house was uncomfortably warm especially at night and all guests complained. Their solution was to send fans as not one bedroom had them but they didn’t do much to circulate any air. I have rented similar homes in the past and I have never encountered such an issue with air especially renting in florida. If it was made clear the thermostats were going to be locked we would have rented from owners we previously had rented from

The house was incredible for our multigenerational group of 9. The kids especially had a great time!

I'm usually not one to complain but feel that the people deserve honesty. Things that made our stay frustrating and less enjoyable. 1. The wifi was down the entire stay. While the manager tried to fix it, ultimately, we had to use our own hotspot to watch the TV and use any other services on devices. 2. The power went out on the back of the lower level. The outdoor ceiling fans, lights in dining, kitchen, livingroom, were out the majority of the time. We were told it was an electric issue that could not be fixed during our stay due to liability. 3. There was a huge hole in the lower screen around the pool. Big enough for anything to crawled in/out including small kids. 4. A TV in the princess room would not power on. There were several other small issues that were resolved during our stay. This home was definitely not ready to be a rental and the manager tried to resolved what they could. Utimately had to call Airbnb to report our dissatisfaction and the unresolved issues.
