We had a great stay and it was great for our large group. Would definitely recommend to others

My family came to Asheville to celebrate my dad‘s 80th birthday. Ranging from age 1 to age 80, this home has everything that everybody needed. The back yard is so cool, and the children absolutely loved the theater room that was stocked with games and toys. I highly recommend this beautiful home in a beautiful location.

Everything about this place was great. The fireplace out in the back made the stay very cozy. Definitely recommend!!

I stayed there with my family after a wedding. The basement TV room was awesome with games and movies theatre with great seating. There are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and I would say the house is big enough for even 2 families to enjoy. It does take about 15 minutes to get to downtown Asheville but it is convenient to grocery stores, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and supples are there for the duration for laundry and cleaning.

Our extended family of 19 enjoyed an amazing weekend at this property. The home is warm and inviting. We had ample space to relax and multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment opportunities. From mini putt, a hot tub, fire pit, cinema room, video games, kids play area, and pool table, there was always something for everyone! The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointment with large screen televisions, comfy bed linen, clean carpet, and bath towels and cloths. The common spaces were comfortable and welcoming. There is plenty of seating inside and outside for meals. We found the bar to be a nice touch to the backyard. Kylie was highly responsive and helpful from pre-arrival to checkout. She provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We’ve never stayed at property with such easy checkout instructions. Less than 15 minutes from downtown, 2 minutes from Ingles, and not far from anywhere else we wanted to visit. We’re already planning our next trip!

Our group was very impressed with Kylie’s house. The house is very spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and comfortably fit 12 adults. Great location, quick drive or Uber to anywhere you need in Asheville. Kylie was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely return during next group trip to Asheville.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO while celebrating our daughter's wedding. The home comfortably accommodated our large group of family and friends, giving us plenty of space to gather, relax, and make special memories together.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and stress-free.The beautiful location provided the perfect setting for such a meaningful weekend. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend this special time with the people we love most. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

This host was wonderful! Our other home we had booked through them was unexpectedly unavailable and they quickly communicated with us to set us up in a different home that was perfect for our group! The house was very clean and the amenities were so much fun!

The location of this house to Asheville is great. The outdoor area was very nice. The hot tub, sauna, fire pit area, and grill made for a good relaxing evening.The host was very communicative, and she made sure all was good for us during the weekend.

The house was as advertised Kylie was responsive about the one issue I had which wasn’t anything major. All of the amenities worked; got a lot of use out of the sauna. It was easy to get to downtown from there.

Rental experience and house were turnkey. House had all the essentials. Kylie was a very engaged and thorough host.

Great stay outside of Asheville! Easy Uber/driving distance to downtown, breweries, and the outdoors. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location to the Crest Center for our daughter’s graduation. The house was well stocked and plenty to do while you were there. Instructions could have been provided at home next to sauna and microwave. Overall the house was comfy and cozy and we enjoyed our stay!

Not only was this home a short drive from local spots and grocery stores, but Kylie was an amazingly proactive host, always going the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. And don't even get me started on the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and pool table! I would absolutely stay here again.

This stay was very nice for our group staying in Asheville for the first time! Some positives were the veeery comfy beds, cleanliness, hot tub , pool table/ping pong table and easy to use firepit. The hosts were soo responsive to all my messages and so friendly! They provided a helpful guidebook via a web link. There were two seating areas for dining which was nice for our big group. We spent a lot of time in the bigger living room and that couch was so comfy! The bunk bed area was downstairs with the movie area. The house is about 16 minutes from downtown Asheville. Overall a great stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 19 visiting Asheville! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together. The kids especially loved the jacuzzi, the downstairs play area, and the pool/ping pong table—it kept them entertained for hours.The location was ideal and close to all the places we wanted to visit, making it very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with extra items we needed for cooking, and the laundry room even had detergent available.The fire pit was perfect for staying warm in the evenings and making s’mores, and the BBQ grill was great for cooking dinner. There were multiple comfortable spaces to relax and watch TV, which worked well for a large group. A supermarket is also nearby, making grocery shopping easy.

House was lovely for my family reunion. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed appliances, although the microwave was a bit difficult to figure out. We all LOVED the movie room and the popcorn machine🤗 would certainly consider for future trips.

We had a great stay at the house during Thanksgiving. The house was just like the pictures and equipped with everything we needed for multiple families with young kids. Our favorite was the outdoor area around the fire and the kids area/ cinema). Definitely would recommend!

Great space to gather with friends or family - Close enough to downtown Asheville but far enough away to be quiet. Lots of amenities and things to do, lots of good bed options, and well stocked kitchen. Hot tub/sauna and putting green were great touches. We would stay here agin!

Great location with easy drive to downtown and hiking locations. Lots of sitting space and hang out areas for our group. Hosts are easy to communicate with. Great outdoor area with very nice hot tub and sitting area. We very much enjoyed our stay!
