Great fit for our group. Loved the city. So much to see and do in Memphis. The area is amazing and close to everything.

The home comfortably accommodated our group of 10, and the high chair was a thoughtful touch for our family. We enjoyed having space to spend time together. There were, however, some cleanliness and maintenance concerns. The towels had hair and lint on them, the gate was not repaired during our stay, and the overgrown backyard made us hesitant to use the hot tub. These issues affected our enjoyment of the property. The host acknowledged our concerns and provided a partial refund. I appreciate their willingness to listen and help make things right. Overall, the home offered plenty of room for our group, but the cleaning and outdoor maintenance need more attention.

The host was kind and responsive to our messages, and I appreciated that communication. Unfortunately, despite her responses, the issues we experienced during our stay were never resolved. The home was not in the condition or state of functionality we expected. We experienced a lack of electricity in the bathrooms, nonfunctioning bedroom fans, difficulties with the air-conditioning, While the host responded to our concerns, there was little follow-through or effort to correct the problems, which made the experience particularly disappointing. Overall, we expected a more comfortable and properly maintained home, and unfortunately, our stay fell short of those expectations.

Lovely place to stay. More of a quiet getaway, as it is not super walkable. The museum nearby was fun to go to. Worked well for our business trip!

We had a great time! The house has plenty of space for everyone (and the kids loved the game room). When we encountered an issue, someone was sent over immediately to repair it. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend in Memphis. The house is in a perfect location. It’s close to everything . Great stay for the whole family , including the back yard for our dog . We enjoyed the thoughtful setup of the home which made our together time even better . Kelly was great at reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed.

Our family of 4 stayed here on a trip home to visit family - this is about as good as it gets in Memphis (I’m a native). Safe neighborhood, quiet street, close to many restaurants. House is large, plenty of room for families. Clean, modern, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Backyard space is nice for a quiet evening wind-down. The hot tub looked relatively new and well maintained, although we did not use. Would stay again!

My family and I came in town on short notice for a funeral. We stayed at this beautifully Airbnb. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The house was perfect for us. We will definitely book again and again.

Was well worth the time in it was in the middle of everywhere

This was our 2nd year in a row staying here, and everything was just as good this year as the previous. The house has everything you need, and is super clean

The property met our expectations perfectly. The dogs love being enclosed yard. The family love the outside fire pit. The neighborhood location was perfect and offered easy access to all of Memphis.

Kelly was responsive and great to work with and addressed any of our small concerns, including brand new towels delivered immediately to meet our needs. The home provided a great place to gather with our group - large table and plenty of sleeping space. Additionally, she was most accommodating with a few of the "extra" requests, which we were super thankful for her extended kindness that was very helpful to our group. The location of the home was in a nice, safe area of town and has a private back yard, which we always love! We travel a lot and stay in Air BnB's all over the country and this place certainly has lots of potential to become a 5 Star home. We would certainly consider for a future return trip. The rain shower in the master sweet was A-mazing!! Great feature indeed!!

Special Stay in MemphisThis home was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and beautifully set up in a great central location. Even though it’s perfect for groups, it was just the two of us — and it became a very special place for us. The private hot tub, peaceful setting, and comfortable furnishings made it an unforgettable stay.The fenced yard was great for our Miniature Goldendoodle, and everything was exactly as described. A truly memorable experience we’ll always appreciate.

Cute home, plenty of bedrooms for our family of 6 and close to our Memphis-based family. Everything was very nice and we would return again for sure. Appreciate the responsiveness of the owner/mgr. over the holiday weekend.

Very convenient for a work trip to Memphis

A wonderful, relaxing stay! We were in Memphis for a convention and decided to stay at an Airbnb instead of the host hotel. I looked at many different properties, and I'm glad we chose this one. Spacious, clean, quiet, and convenient. I didn't feel like a guest; I felt at home. Whenever I am in Memphis, this is where I stay. Kelly is a friendly, responsive, and gracious host. She is the BEST! A million thanks!

Myself and 6 guests stayed at Kelly’s home for the Halloween weekend to celebrate multiple birthdays in the group. Kelly’s place was exactly as pictured. Short drive to Beale St. the hot-tub was great! We had a lot of space! We did run into a few “issues” during our stay. There were 2 propane tanks that were both empty. We could not use the fire pit or grill due to this. We ended up exchanging it ourselves to be able to enjoy those amenities(staff did deliver a new one in the evening hours)and Kelly refunded us. We seemed to be continuously washing towels as it just didn’t seem to be enough with 7 guests(hot tub and showering). There also didn’t seem to have enough cookware. We definitely managed our stay to make the small problems not ruin anything. All and all it was a great stay. Kelly was responsive with communication as well. Thank you for having us!

This was a perfect house for our family vacation! The hosts responded promptly to all questions/concerns! It is in a perfect location for exploring the city. The backyard was a great place to enjoy our coffee. And the ping pong table!?! Fabulous! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay. The neighborhood was very peaceful and walkable. Also close proximity to everything on our itinerary.

We stayed at Kelly’s place with a group of 10 for a wedding, and it was a great fit. The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable—it felt like home right away. The location was perfect, close to downtown but tucked in a safe, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. For larger groups, it’s worth noting that while the home works really well as a place to gather in the mornings and evenings, it’s not as ideal for hanging out all day since seating areas are a bit limited. That said, the kitchen and dining setup are excellent, and the backyard is a highlight with its hot tub, fire pit, and space to enjoy together. Overall, it was the perfect home base for our trip and we’d absolutely recommend it for groups visiting the area.

If I’m ever back in Memphis, there’s no doubt where I’m staying! Kelly was the best host and we felt right at home

Fantastic home! Worked great for our team retreat

Kelly’s place was a wonderful stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The best part was walking across the street and exploring the Pink Palace with the kids. Amuse Museum and Children’s museum also a short drive away. Grocery stores and everything else you could need within five minutes. Great place to stay.

Our stay was great and we would most likely stay at another place owned by this owner. There were a few misleading details in the description of the home. The house is listed to sleep 10 people but one of the bed downstairs was very weak and could only hold 1 of our guest without the bed seeming like it was going to come through the bottom. It was also massive flies around the garbage cans and they were located right by the door to enter. Not sure what was going on with the cans, but once we moved them the problem was better with the flies. The 2nd queen size bed was ok, but the mattress is very low to the ground. The king size bedroom was nice but the bed was extremely firm! The shower downstairs was very slippery and it was backing up water daily when we showered. Overall I know it seems like a long review, but the home was nice despite the few issues that were mentioned above. Myself and my family would rent from this owner again with a few minor modifications.

Our 3-generation family vacation was fantastic! Bedrooms and bathrooms for each family! Time together with kids, grandkids, cousins was priceless. Walked to the museum and all the other sites were within a short drive! Some nice conveniences with kitchen supplies. Minor items missing or in need of attention that I'm sure will be remedied.

The house was big and clean. There were more positives than negatives. It was disappointing to choose a place with a pool table with broken pool cues. This was fixed the next day when we informed them. No pushback from ownership. I feel for the price, that should not have been an issue though. We flipped the pool table to a ping pong table, but there were no ping pong balls. Once again, Kelly was very receptive and remedied the issue the same day, but for the price, why is that a problem? Bathrooms were great. Kitchen was great. Hot Tub was great. Great Location.

We had 5 adults, the house was a little big but we wanted the extra space. The backyard is just as it is pictured. The house had everything we needed for the weekend. We found some great restaurants that were a quick uber ride away. The decor had a lot of thought to it, I appreciate the vibe! Would stay again!

I would not recommend booking with this host. Initially, they sent me a link to "verify" my reservation. Upon clicking the link and beginning the verification process, I realized they were attempting to charge me an additional fee outside of Airbnb for a "damage waiver." Airbnb strictly prohibits hosts from soliciting payments outside of the platform. I attempted to reason with the host, emphasizing that we have over 500 five-star reviews, but she refused to cooperate and insisted that I contact Airbnb for a refund if I did not pay the $50 fee requested through the link. Due to time constraints, I reluctantly paid the fee and continued with my day. Additionally, the day before checkout, I noticed something wet dripping while lying in bed, and I suspect that the upstairs shower or toilet may be causing a leak and potential water damage.

The host is very responsive and flexible. The house is spacious and clean, and the hot tub was so nice to have. Thanks for having us!

Weekend Volleyball tournament 3 adults and 4 teenagers. They layout was perfect. Everyone had their own space and privacy; The location was perfect. Short drive to everything we needed. The home was beautiful, and no details were spared. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice Property The neighborhood was quiet and the property was recently remodeled. The consensus was if you don't like a very firm bed, look elsewhere and the rest of the furniture was fairly uncomfortable to sit for long periods to visit. This is the primary reasons for the overall rating.Convenient location to downtown and local grocery shopping.

Spacious for our family that came in from Texas for Christmas holiday. Lots of room for the kiddos to play inside and out. Loved that the back/ drive was enclosed with the automatic gate to feel secure and safe if we let the kids play outside. Great location!

Great spot. Great location. House is very nice. Plenty of room. Loved the pool table for the young adults. Perfectly located for a Tiger Football home game or the Liberty Bowl with access to all things Memphis. Only issue was the wrong check in code but that was alleviated almost immediately. Would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to down town and Beale street, neighborhood was quiet and safe. Kelly was a fantastic host, always responsive and accommodating. We did have a problem with the lock code not working upon arrival. But we were able to get in through the back door with Kelly’s help. Kellys place was very clean. Kelly was very professional and sweet and there to answer any question I had. Her place was so comfortable and very accommodating. I would defiently stay there again.

This home was perfect! Our family and another shared the home for a baseball tournament in Southaven, MS. It was on the cutest street, with great quiet neighbors. Kelly was extremely responsive on the app. The home was very clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay! I will stay here again if we are ever back in the area! Well worth it. Kelly’s place was beautiful and had plenty of space for what we needed. They were quick to respond, however not super friendly. Once we got to the home it was easy to check in and check out. However, there was a car driving by taking pictures of all of our license plates when we checked in and a neighbor said they had never seen that person before so we did not feel super safe and we were scared our cars would get broken into- thankfully they didn’t. The house was clean and pretty and perfect for what we needed.
