This is well-suited for my family and our upcoming trip. Positive: The property and amenities offered excellent value for the price. The residence was well-maintained and efficiently organized, and the facilities were outstanding. Furthermore, the pet policy is the most competitive in the region. Negative: The hot tub required maintenance to address sediment accumulation, although it remained operational and functional. While the rear door was challenging to operate, access was maintained. My primary concern pertained to the inadequate privacy levels within the pool area. While the property’s proximity to Disney is convenient, traffic significantly impacts travel time to Universal, which was our intended destination.

Amazing place 100% recommended

The house as a whole was not clean. We turned on the fan and dust literally fell on the bed. The shower walls had dirt on them and all the cabinet borders and corners of the walls had dust. The pool had excessive chlorine and the TV in the rooms did not connect properly to the internet. The sliding glass door did not lock and was a hazard since anyone could come in or out. This was a safety concern since there is a pool and children in the house. This has been previously reported but it seems the host has not corrected it. The house has a great layout, just requires attention that can make Or Break your trip.

House was clean and a nice family atmosphere for when coming back in the evenings. The kids and grown kids loved the pool.

It felt very comfortable and me and my family had a great week staying there, everything was clean and in a good shape.

The location was great, in a nice neighborhood, and the house was spacious, making it comfortable for my family. The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely tried to address issues during our stay to ensure we had a good experience, which we appreciated. The maintenance technician was also very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Two of the three bathrooms were not properly cleaned, with urine stains on the toilets, and one sink was clogged with hair. Some of the blankets also had visible stains. In addition, the game room did not have air conditioning, making it extremely hot and difficult to use, the swimming pool had sand in it, and the backyard door could not be locked, which was a safety concern. While the home has great potential and the host, as well as the maintenance technician, were courteous and attentive, better cleaning, maintenance, and attention to security would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

The host was very responsive in a timely manner. Host gave clear and easy instructions on how to check in, whenever there was an issues with something it got resolved. Great host overall.

I would stay here again when I visit Orlando in the near future. It’s in a great location.

The host responded promptly and was very accommodating throughout the booking process. When I informed him that my pet would not be coming, he immediately processed my refund without any issues. I appreciated his quick communication, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I would gladly book with this host again.

We had a wonderful time! Gennadiy was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. Lots of things to do for all ages! We loved having a private pool area to relax by. We were able to try out pickleball for the first time. It was a great hit with the teenagers. Fishing areas were walkable for the boys. The pool table was a hit as well. Thank you for allowing our dog to travel with our family. Highly recommend!
