Great Labor Day Weekend!
We chose this house due to its location and proximity to the beach. It had all the basics to start off our long weekend and plenty of room for 4x adults and 2x dogs. We received great communication leading up to our stay and were sure to arrive with adequate supplies to support our trip.<br />

Only improves I'd like to see were turning the AC down prior to guest arrival. This helps to lessen the musty, beach cabin smell upon arrival. The landscaping definitely needed a touch up. Many overgrown bushes, etc, that need to be trimmed to make it easier to park and walk around the property.
Fantastic family house
We have stayed in this house for four years in a row and we love it! It's best features are proximity to the beach, spacious living areas and expansive deck. The kitchen is open and large and has high end cooking pots/pans and glassware. There is a blender, coffee maker and toaster. The porch wraps around three sides so you can always find sun or shade. There are large pine trees around the deck so it feels very private. Parking for four cars. This is a classic Nags Head beach house for a large group. Resort realty is one of the friendliest rental companies on OBX.
Perfect Home Away From Home
This is the eighth year we have stayed in HMS Elizabeth, and it gets better every year! This year we hung a hummingbird feeder on the pine tree by the deck. The hummingbirds flocked to it, to our delight. We’re close to the beach, Oregon Inlet, the Pier, all the shopping spots along the Bypass, not to mention the restaurants! Thank you Resort Realty for giving us such a clean and comfortable “home away from home”. Hopefully, we’ll be back again next summer!!

Accommodating space for life on the beach
This is our family's second time staying here and we really enjoy it. Being so close to the beach allowed us a lot of time in the sun.

This was our sixth year staying at the HMS Elizabeth, and as always it was a wonderful week. It’s an ideal “home away from home”! We love sitting on the big deck, having coffee in the morning, and watching the kids run back and forth to the beach in the afternoon. It’s a perfect place for making memories!!

We have stayed at the H.M.S. Elizabeth for the past several years and we have enjoyed every moment spent there! It feels like we’re coming home when we pull onto the driveway!!!
