Renter furnishings were worn used only 3rd floor for the view which was why we rented it. Being in our eighty's the low older toilet was not up to standard. Big house for two but location sold us we love this area.

Great Location Great older home, could use some updates but none of that matters when you see the view from the deck. Very well equipped home. Lots of room to spread out for a big family. Storage room on lower level packed with beach supplies everything you could need. Great location would definitely rent again.
